I'm the head of the marketing team of a digital marketing company. We look for companies that need digital marketing, SEO, and other related services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brand Manifestors?

We were looking for new vendors to enroll in our SEO and SMO services panel. We hired them for one of our clients, and their services helped us win the client over. We also hired them for our company because we’re mostly into paid marketing, so we wanted organic marketing to be carried out, and we weren't finding any agency quite good enough for the task.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Once we found Brand Manifestors, we started with organic marketing for our company and SEO work for our clients. They also helped us with paid marketing and email marketing. We were mostly doing marketing for our social media when starting our collaboration because that worked well for us. 

We weren’t inclined towards a website, but they suggested building a simple site to explain our vision and mission, contact details, etc. They explained that having a website would be helpful for SEO purposes, so they assisted with structuring and building the website along with all SEO compliance, backlinks, and more. The platform was very basic and had a few gallery sections with our portfolio. 

In terms of technologies, they’ve used basic PHP, WordPress, and Laravel. 

Currently, they’re handling our SMO.

What is the team composition?

They started with a consultation for us with their project manager, client manager, a developer, a designer, and owner. Gradually, as we continued our work with them, we had the opportunity to talk with more members of their team.

How did you come to work with Brand Manifestors?

I was referred to them by one of my friends, so we decided to approach them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around 10 Indian Rupees (approximately $13,200 USD) with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been working together for five years now, and I know the ins and outs of their company. They’re very inclined to work with startups and in helping them out on every case. They’re even working on the consultancy part right now. 

This kind of team is very hard to find in the Indian market because we pay a lot of money with other providers, and the services aren’t very good compared to what we’re spending. Brand Manifestors have a different approach; I didn’t even pay them for the first three months because they have a policy of not charging if their clients aren’t pleased with their services. 

They also help you understand that what they’re providing is very financially difficult to find in this market. Overall, they’re talented and very friendly. I believe they’ll be soaring in a few years. It’s a very good team to work with.

How did Brand Manifestors perform from a project management standpoint?

We smoothly communicate in both English and Indian. They’re very responsive, and we work with them through Trello, Zoom meetings, and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate the way they work and how friendly they are. Also, they’re not very financially driven, so their team is genuine in helping us improve. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should be a bit more financially inclined because they’re very talented. They have a very good team and can expand, so I’d recommend being more financially-minded and going for clients who can actually pay and not just helping out startups.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go and work with them; if you even give them my name, they’ll probably give you a free one-month subscription to work with them so you can understand what kind of work they do.

We needed digital marketing services for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Manifestors handles our social media, SEO, content creation, and everything related to graphic design, including posts and visuals. They first understood the services we provide, how our website works, and how we present ourselves on social media. After analyzing everything, they created a report before starting the project. They also sat with us and helped us understand what we had to do to grow online and bring in more sales. Their team created the entire strategy for us, and we worked accordingly.

In addition to that, they also do keyword research, content creation, account management, and posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for a few months.

What is the team composition?

There are 4–5 people involved, including a project manager.

We found them on social media, and a friend also recommended them to us, which gave us some trust.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $400 with them every month for both social media management and SEO.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They took on every responsibility, and all I needed to do was supervise. When it came to metrics, our rankings went up, and our leads and organic sales from the website increased — we've got 10–15 organic leads in our six-month collaboration.

When it comes to digital marketing, it takes time to see results. We can’t see much of an improvement in only a few months. However, Brand Manifestors did produce results, and I appreciate that.

How did Brand Manifestors perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very responsive and on time. They’re also always ready to provide suggestions and meet with us if we have any doubts to clear them up with them at any time. Their team also takes the time to sit with me and help me understand what they'll do and how they will benefit our company. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with their work, and they’ve met our expectations — I've recommended them to my friends.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The main thing I appreciate is how they understand my requirements, and even though what I ask for is straightforward, they offer more ideas on what we could do within our budget. 

Brand Manifestors introduced me to new digital marketing terms specific to the Delhi market, such as guerilla marketing and so on. They’re also very passionate about their work; our social media has more engagement at night, and their team is ready to post at that time. We’re sleeping at home, and they’re doing their work — that’s how we got results in a few months.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Someone that wants to work with Brand Manifestors will have to loosen their grip. They like to test things out and do new things, so I suggest giving them 3–6 months and making sure they understand your requirements and how they will execute their plan. Also, if you have any concerns, communicate clearly with them, and they will find another way to reach your goals.
