Yes, the app’s design is impressive and it goes a long way in delivering a good user experience. I shared the beta version of the app with our own employees and a few design experts who rated its UX to be well above ordinary.

The project was managed through Jira and we used Skype, Google meet, and emails for keeping up with day to day updates. They managed it well all the way from the day we got started. Their team is proactive and very responsive. Irrespective of the time differences, their response time never exceeded 3 hours - which was truly amazing.

They are results-oriented and meticulous. Throughout the project, their team was strategic and time-bounded. In the very first week, they created an entire roadmap of the project with key milestones and timeline. They adhered to it all along the way and delivered things well ahead of the timeline.

I cannot think of any at the moment but they may consider improving the overall workflow of the project. That would help.

We got a lot of feedback after Phase 2 that the site and app has improved navigation, is user-friendly, and it’s easier to find products that go together.

They were great because I needed a lot of guidance as I have never done a web and Mobile app before. They were very good at laying out timelines and telling me when they needed the deliverables from our side in order to stay on track. Every time we encountered an issue, they were very upfront and always had a plan on how to make up for it. Mostly communicated via email and phone and used Basecamp project management system to flag any issues. They've basically been my IT support for everything.

Brancosoft team is able to explain things in a way that I understand and can communicate back to my team.

There were times they had to move part of the project from one team member to another because it got more complicated than expected. Some of that was on us for not giving them enough information upfront. They recognized the issue right away and addressed it, so I can't really say anything negative.

The app is now in it's final phase and will be out any time soon.
