What were your goals for this project?

The app must be user-friendly in the first place. On top of that, we needed additional features like social media signup, user profiles, search and discovery (to enable entrepreneurs connect with investors that are interested in their idea), payment gateway integration, etc. Objectively, we wanted to bridge the gap between emerging entrepreneurs and seasoned investors by creating a platform that allowed them to connect based on their preferences.

We shared with them a comprehensive list of features we needed in the app. They helped us prioritize the features to ensure the app was usable enough and not overwhelmingly bulky. Post that, they developed app’s prototypes, back-end, and front-end. They have also released a beta version of the app which is being used and tested by a small team of our potential users recruited by us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The way they have blended app’s features into the design is remarkable. That can be done only if you are highly skilled at mobile app development. Despite the app is having a lot of features, it isn’t bulky at all. Works perfectly fine.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

With project management, we would have appreciated it if they had a streamlined workflow. It was ad hoc. We highly relied on emails and calls and often used google meet. While they never missed deadlines, but having things pre-planned would have helped. That’s no big deal cause overall, we managed to get things done on time. And we’re extremely grateful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their resource allocation, timeline management, and technical expertise are their three most impressive aspects. They are efficient and pragmatic. Last but not the least, they maintained transparency and worked honestly while doing the things that were right for our business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As mentioned earlier, project management workflow is something they can improve on.

I got to use the beta version of it for some time - it not only loads faster but is aesthetically pleasing. The subtle animations add more delicacy to the user experience. Preparing such an amazing app in a short period of time was impressive.

What were your goals for this project?

There were a few challenges with our existing app: it had several bugs that needed to be fixed, it needed a visual overhaul, and it lacked some of the most important features that were crucial for us. The entire process was divided into three phases: In the first phase, they added the features that we needed. During the second phase, they worked on the UI and redesigned the entire interface of our app. In the third and final phase, they fixed all the bugs and improved our app’s performance and speed.

We were only connected with the project manager. He took care of everything we needed. That was good because we didn’t have to deal with a dozen of people and repeat things again and again.

The express checkout almost doubled the number of conversions. Additional features like push notifications and wish-list have also contributed to increasing in the number of sales. New app design is easy on the eyes and our users can quickly navigate through the app. Now the app loads faster and hence our customer retention has also improved greatly!

In just 3 months of implementing the changes, we saw our app’s usage time has increased significantly. Furthermore, its loading time has minimized and the performance has improved to a great extent.

They were very particular about communication. The workflow was well-defined and very organized. We used trello for tracing and managing the project. They kept it updated and we added our suggestions to the trello board and they would work accordingly.

They have a good team of skillful developers who can get even the trickiest tasks done on time. Their communication and execution was up to the mark and we managed to get things done efficiently.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main objective was to digitize our entire education program. Thus, we needed an app that could host live sessions, exams, and various competitions that helped our students complete their program with us. We also wanted to app to track students progress and let the instructors check that any time they need.

Upon analyzing our requirements, they first developed app prototypes which gave us a brief idea about the app’s design and interface. Once we finalized a prototype, they started working on the features and other elements of the app. They are now testing the app. Once it’s tested, they will be deploying it to playstore and app store.

It was really good. We were constantly in touch with them via emails. If needed, we had virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.

Their dedication and commitment towards getting things right is truly remarkable! Though some features were extremely complicated, they managed to develop them. They understood the project well delivered within the timeline. It was clear what they were working on in each sprint. They communicated well, and I was even in touch with the head of BrancoSoft. We used WhatsApp and sometimes held Skype meetings.
