BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior designer at FashionXchange, a fashion subscription service.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We had the idea and knowledge but we didn’t have the technical expertise to develop our platform. We had an event coming up and we were very short on a timeline. We wanted to drive registrations for the evening through the fashion exchange platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc developed our platform, taking our insights and building on them. They’ve been with us from the very start of the project. They helped with the core idea, and they’ve generated insights on how the platform can function, what kind of technical support it will require, where we can improve the UX.
After we shared our template with them, they reviewed it and got back to us. They then showed us some key use case studies that they had and since we were short on a deadline, they gave us insights on how to fast track the development.
The team also gave us some predefined wireframes that they had to speed up the process. They had a working prototype with features that matched what we already had in our assets.
We used that and brought our design language to it. From there, we went on to individual features and functions. It’s a subscription-based platform and Brainvire Infotech Inc did all of the subscription features.
We had no idea how that portion worked. They guided us throughout the process, and during the deployment, they’d send us the staging goals and we would try it out. We’d respond with feedback, they’d come back to us with the changes, and then we’d confirm them.
After the launch, we did a user test and realized the issues we needed to address in terms of user functionality. We got back to them and they continued to help support us. They’re very patient with our approaches.
What is the team composition?
I’ve been working with their project managers as well as other team members.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
The founder came in contact with them by word of mouth. A couple of his friends had worked with them. We shared our idea and Brainvire Infotech Inc responded with a very positive attitude.
They seemed enthusiastic, and they had experience in the fashion industry as well. We felt confident that they were a company that could build our product and help us bring it out into the market.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent 25-30 lakhs (approximately $37,000–$44,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc launched the application in time for our event. They were more enthusiastic than us because we weren’t sure if it could be done in time. We drove all our registrations to the platform.
Additionally, the platform is efficient. After we got more feedback after the event, we gave them the entire list and they’ve been working on that since then. Their technical team is very sound.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Throughout the project, we’ve been in touch with the project manager. He’s been hands-on from the very beginning. He always gives us the right direction and keeps everyone in the loop. If there was something that needed attention, the project manager would get back to me.
I’ve been in and out of their office a couple of times. The process became even better because they’d schedule a day for me to come in and whatever queries they had, they went on department by department for design.
We would then address the functionality, and the technical team would come in and solve the problems. They’d tell us if something wasn’t realistic and they’d give me a solution to my ideas and how to achieve them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Brainvire Infotech Inc makes sure that they are going to make you happy.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes there’s a delay on our end to provide them with feedback. They have it in their policy that if we don’t respond within a certain amount of time, they will make the decision for us. I’d like it if they would increase the number of times that they give us for feedback.
I understand it’s to stay on course with the project and to meet deadlines, but it would still be helpful. Additionally, they should use a better communication platform. Right now they communicate via Skype which isn’t ideal for me.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’ve already recommended them to three of my colleagues. One of them has already had discussions with them. I recommend them for their technical expertise and the way they make you feel welcome.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the managing partner of Hodagri, an agricultural company that was established in 1989.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We wanted to develop a marketplace app for our company. We recently decided that we wanted to create an e-commerce platform and offer online services that weren’t part of the company before.
We created a new e-commerce department and are trying to sell our products and services on the website as well as through the app. We have veterinary hospitals where people can book their appointments through the app for their pets.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc helped us develop an app where we can sell our services and products. They added functionality that also allows the app to function as a type of social marketplace where other people can purchase our products or other companies and hospitals can sell their services and products.
We had the name and branding, but when I had a meeting with Brainvire Infotech Inc, I told them the general requirements of what I wanted, and they created the wireframes. They also showed me many samples.
We had to choose the ones we liked and the ones we didn’t. We’ve had many meetings, and each one has focused on specific things like design and wireframes. They built the app for iOS and Android, and they also built the website from beginning to end.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with around four people from Brainvire Infotech Inc.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
This wasn’t my first time building an app so I had experience with other companies. However, I had problems with those previous companies. When I had the idea of building a new app, I asked around and spoke to people who I knew had apps.
Brainvire Infotech Inc was recommended to me. Their CEO was in Kuwait about a year and a half ago and we sat down and had a discussion. I didn’t work with them straight away. After about a year, we started working together.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent around $100,000. The quotation I go at first was actually different than what I actually paid because I requested some more features.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in April 2020. The project is complete, but there are minor details that need to be sorted out. The app is almost ready to be launched.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The speed and the quality of their work are what I really like about them. Even if they are a bit more expensive than others, I think it is worth spending more on them.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve always had meetings with several people. We communicate through email for minutes from meetings or feedback, but we usually communicate through Google Meet where we have live meetings with screen sharing.
Their communication is good. We are always in contact with them. Whenever we need something or whenever we give them a comment, they always provide us with an update.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We usually have our meetings in the mornings and if we have comments or if there is anything we would like to change, the changes are usually done the same day. By the evening, I will get a new release with the changes we discussed in the morning.
When working with Brainvire Infotech Inc’s team, and I assume they have a big team, the work is fast and the quality control is good. They never send us something that doesn't function properly.
I can explain something once, and if someone doesn’t understand it right away, there are other people in the meeting who can understand.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think it would be good if they tried to make their price as good as other companies, but I am happy with the result I am getting. I'm pleased with how we are working and how quickly the team understands my requirements.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would recommend that potential customers communicate with them as much as possible. We have regular meetings and I talk to them directly on WhatsApp whenever I need something. The employees that are in my company have their contact numbers as well.

Following existing software, Brainvire Infotech Inc provided full stack development services to build iOS and Android apps for a healthcare network platform. The team also developed a web-based admin panel.
Guided by expertise, Brainvire Infotech Inc offered valuable recommendations for platform functionalities to impact the market. The team’s accessibility and responsiveness to feedback ensure effective collaboration. Their transparency and dedicated customer service enable ongoing partnership.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and partner of a healthcare network platform.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We needed a partner to develop our mobile apps because we wanted to digitize an entire process. While another company developed our MVP, we needed a larger organization to develop our iOS and Android products as well as a web panel for Chrome or Safari.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainvire developed iOS and Android apps as well as a web-based admin panel from scratch. Their team used the software that we had in place as a pilot for development. The platforms feature the main protagonists of the healthcare industry: doctors, pharmacies, and patients.
Currently, we’re in the first phase of development. Once that’s complete, we’ll start the testing process.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with three people from Brainvire. For a short period of time, I communicated with a business associate who was responsible for the pricing and negotiation. Another business analyst was responsible for gathering requirements. I’m still in contact with a project manager.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
They were recommended as a larger institution in software development.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent just under $50,000 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2019, and our partnership's ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It's difficult to message the entire impact because of the COVID-19 outbreak, which has impacted our country significantly. However, the product will impact society because it brings together all of the healthcare protagonists into one ecosystem.
Brainvire provides a significant amount of experience. They gave us ideas for what to incorporate into the platforms, which gave us a clearer picture of core features.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Jira and communicate via e-mail, phone, and Skype. They created Google Sheets, which can be maintained by all of us. We know the goals for each sprint and what the focus will be for the next 1–2 weeks.
COVID-19 affected the entire process because we weren’t able to work collaboratively in the office. They've managed the relationship extremely well. Their team's always available — whether it’s the weekend or late at night.
There have been small challenges that could’ve been resolved with a different perspective. Brainvire may have put too much on their plate for the delivery process. Overall, they’re receptive to any feedback and able to answer any queries.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They managed their relationships with customers well. The entire team has been receptive to any challenges or requests for more clarity. They’ve been extremely honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. Their team always made sure to be available.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We follow sprints that focus on one feature or aspect of development before moving onto the next. It’d make more sense for them to make sure that everything works well before moving onto the next sprint. This is where some issues arose.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend them for people that have a higher budget on their hands. They're a little bit pricey compared to other organizations. Also, have your requirements as clear as possible to avoid communication gaps.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a nonprofit organization that helps faith-based organizations, such as churches and nonprofits, engage with their communities. We help them look outside of their daily operations and understand the needs of their communities. So we do a lot of leadership training for those organizations. I’m the director of innovation and
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I’m in charge of UX design for our app. We want to develop a training branch for our partners and our new app. We brought them on to build this app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I designed it and they worked with me to bring my designs to life. I created the screen flows and wireframes and they developed it. I used Avocode to design it and communicate what I wanted to them. I worked with their UX designer to refine ideas. They gave some tips to make it smoother from a technical point. They helped me think through all of the aspects of what the design would entail while ensuring that it was cost-efficient.
What is the team composition?
I worked with a project manager.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I put some feelers out in the UX community. I knew the head of UX at a bank, and he went over m designs. Once I was done, I asked for recommendations and he pointed be to another developer, who then told me to contact Brainvire Infotech Inc.
I got estimates from three different companies, and Brainvire Infotech convinced me because of the level of detail included in their estimate, their timeliness, and their communication.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $75,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2019 and we wrapped up in May 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve received a little feedback and they’ve found it very helpful. Unfortunately, onboarding our partners hasn’t been a top priority because of COVI-19. We were supposed to launch the platform at a conference in March, but that conference was canceled.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated over WhatsApp, and they were excellent. Every little thing, they got back to me immediately. Even if it was the middle of the night, they always responded. Whenever there was a change request, I worked with the project manager, and he was the mediator.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication. They were every respectful and professional at all times. They integrated me into their whole dev team, was generous and helped our workflow.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they did an incredible job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very specific because they will do exactly what you tel them to do. The more vague ou are, the more it’s up to interpretation.

Brainvire Infotech Inc redesigned and developed a website for a jewelry retailer’s site. Keeping many of the features on the frontend the same, they moved the site to Magento and used ODOO for the backend.
Brainvire Infotech Inc developed a comprehensive solution with few bugs. The platform is functional and includes thousands of unique products. The team was very dedicated to the project’s success. Working late into the night to deliver, they overcame time differences and communicated well.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of an online company that sells engagement rings.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We initially developed the front- and backend of our platform. We started to find that it was difficult to maintain and continue to develop the site. The technology was evolving at a quicker pace than we could afford to keep up with on our own.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created the spec documents for us and what they would do for us. They were going to emulate some of the things we’d already done. We decided to move to Magento and to use UDOO for our backend.
What is the team composition?
We had one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
They reached out to me several years before. When we started looking to outsource the development work, I looked around a bit, buit nothing seemed to be the right fit.
How much have you invested with them?
It was about $250,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from January 2019 and we launched the site in January 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have quite a complex infrastructure because we have thousands of products. Like any programming project, there were a few issues, but we were able to iron those out. The site is about 98% effective. I’ve only heard positive things from consumers.
Unfortunately, we launched the site in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and just after the Christmas season, so it’s hard to see how much the platform really impacted sales.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very dedicated and worked crazy hours because of the time difference. Especially after we launched, the made a tremendous effort to make sure everything was operational. They were pretty efficient and got the job done.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very versatile and seem to be proficient in many areas. For our needs, they were on-the-ball. They definitely knew what they were doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Communication has to be very clear, especially when working with an overseas team like them. There were some cultural and perception differences, so that was difficult at first, but we were able to get through it due to excellent project management.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be understanding. People need to make sure that their scope is clearly defined.

Brainvire Infotech Inc provided full-stack development services, creating a web app almost completely from scratch. The team used the MERN stack to create an app that displays data science operations outputs.
Taking a low-fidelity prototype and improving its UX, Brainvire Infotech Inc delivered a functional MVP. Throughout the partnership, the team was not only incredibly accommodating but also flexible and willing to shift their scope of work to complete the project. They were a diligent partner.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a media monitoring platform that does data science.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We were looking to build a web app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I provided a very detailed scope of work and a description of what we wanted to accomplish, including the different features and functionalities. We worked with them to edit the scope of work to make sure that there would be no misinterpretations.
The team had their own internal template — a software requirements specification (SRS) document — which they used to formalize the scope of work. They built a web app, mostly from the ground up, that displays the output of our data science operations in a full-stack environment.
We populated the database and provided them with a basic prototype. Brainvire Infotech Inc then built everything that takes it from database to frontend, which includes a real-time reflection of CRUD operations. In terms of technology, they used the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two developers regularly. As Brainvire Infotech Inc needed support, they tapped into other resources within their team for certain, less-complex elements of the scope.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I found them through my own research, which included Clutch ratings. I was looking to outsource work to a well-established firm that was based in the U.S. I had sent out a few quotes to different companies after looking at the ratings and past reviews.
Brainvire Infotech Inc fit the mold because they had worked with the specific technologies we knew we wanted to use. So, they were able to showcase projects they’d done with the technologies we were using.
This placated some of our apprehensions about outsourcing. Additionally, I met with management while he was in the U.S. for customer visits and there was a comfort level on that front after having met with him.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with Brainvire Infotech Inc in December 2019. Although the contract was scheduled to end in March 2020, we hadn’t met all of our requirements. So, they went beyond to make sure that the requirements were met even if it wasn’t optimal for their internal schedule. We ended up completing the project in March 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Brainvire Infotech Inc provided us with an MVP that we think we can use. We didn’t reach out to them for software services that we weren’t privy to. What they did was, since they have smart engineers, help the UX look good.
Using their own internal design team, they were able to take a low-fidelity wireframe that I provided and make it into something much better.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
The team was very accommodating. I went to visit their offices and they were very hospitable and professional. Brainvire Infotech Inc did a good job of making sure that the requirements that we provided were clear and making sure that their engineers knew what they were doing.
Even though we missed our final deadline, I had set the expectation from the beginning that I didn’t care too much about the timeline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When you go to a multi-national company, you pay a lot more. When you go to a small business, you might not get the skill set that you want. With a mid-size company like Brainvire Infotech Inc, they have in-house teammates who are available if unexpected challenges pop up.
The team is able to pivot well and adapt to new requirements because of the workforce they have. They’re a multifaceted team. When there was something in regards to clearing, they did their research when they came across a problem that both of us weren’t expecting. The team was very professional in the sense that they didn’t take advantage of me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes straight to mind. If anything, it would’ve been nice if tasks were done a little quicker, but I did add a few requirements to scope. I was really more concerned with the end product as opposed to how we got there, and the end product was acceptable.
I also wish they were a little cheaper. During the bidding process, there were a few other companies that were roughly the same size as Brainvire Infotech Inc andwere a little less expensive. I didn’t go with those companies because of Clutch ratings or they didn’t have the past experience we needed.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Brainvire Infotech Inc is well-equipped to deal with companies of all sizes. They’re also good with American companies because they communicate in English very well. I would suggest that potential customers know what to expect, especially when outsourcing work.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of Almontage which is a film production studio.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We had been doing some research on web applications. We came up with the idea of building a digital platform that enables film studios like ourselves to find talent and crew online, which is a big dilemma we have in the market.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had some UI design ideas for the website, and we worked with them on this UI design. I think we went a bit beyond the scope when we saw the great efforts done by their team, we added a few functions and some revised business models with them and with their team and strategy members.
We are in continuous discussions with them about new advancements to the website even after the launch, we would like to add more functionalities and more stuff with them. We are comfortable working with them on this project and hopefully any other projects we may decide to do.
What is the team composition?
We mainly worked with one person who was our main point of contact. I think we had multiple people when our point of contact got multiple members involved in the call for some discussions and some reviews.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
My brother was looking for a development company to carry on his project. He visited a group of companies and one of them was Brainvire Infotech Inc. He really liked the CEO of the company and he saw there were a lot of smart people there from the designers to the coders. They really are a powerful company to work with to ensure that you have the right partner, especially if you are putting in a hefty budget. He explained to me that this the company to work with. I reached out to the CEO and we had a discussion. We really liked our conversation and we decided to pick them for this project.
How much have you invested in them?
I don’t know the exact number, but it is around $150,000 USD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them about a year ago.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It was delivered fully but we are now talking about new scopes for the project. We are expanding the scope to new areas that we never included in the first part. We haven’t done the official launch yet, but it is fully operational. We had a soft launch and there were 1,000 users there already.
Before launching the website, we have to go through a soft launch to get people to register and have them use it. That is the phase we are in now. We want to get the word out, to get as many people on board and register before we put in a heavy budget on marketing and spend a lot on campaigning.
It was a great experience working with them. They have a great team that is dedicated and very communicative. We exchanged ideas and they were always there to support our ambitions.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
It has been excellent. We had weekly meetings and a task list where we could see a live feed of what was going on for each task. They kept sending us update patches every month. I think it was an organized project. It was smooth because both parties knew exactly what they wanted, and maybe that is one of the reasons it was a very smooth project for us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Overall, I think Brainvire Infotech Inc is capable of doing what they promised in the scope. I did a few projects with other companies and sometimes you receive a proposal but the company might not necessarily be capable of doing it. Brainvire Infotech Inc is a capable company. They have the resources, and when they put something in their scope, we can trust that they will deliver.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I really don’t see any areas that made me think twice about them. There is nothing really to mention when it comes to areas of improvement which is why I want to work with them even more on additional stuff.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They have to be really clear on what they want to do from day one. That means that they should have everything detailed before they engage with any company.
For Brainvire Infotech Inc, the best part is that they have business people on their team if the customer does not know exactly what they want. I would recommend that a user invest a bit more and engage with the business people at Brainvire Infotech Inc to put the right proposal in place instead of wasting money and time on something that may be broken at the end. Don’t be afraid to invest a bit more to build a business plan or strategy at the beginning of your project because it will save you a lot of time and a lot of money when you engage in developing the application, project, or platform.

Brainvire Infotech Inc undertook a rescue mission project for a recipe solutions company. They developed an MVP for an app and continue to add enhancement and new features to the product.
In their ongoing testing of the completed work, the partner has noticed significant improvements in the quality of code and usability of the overall solution. The product no longer crashes and contains fewer bugs. The team’s transparency and commitment to set timelines added value to the engagement.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a small startup that’s working to develop an app that matches recipes to the groceries individuals have on hand in hopes to more it easier to create dishes at home. We account for various diets and lifestyles as well.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
With our past provider, we were experiencing quality and delivery issues. It was time to find another provider to help us create a high-quality app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
After we shared the code with them, they examined and scoped out the required work it would take to complete the app. They offered an estimate that detailed what it would take to make the solution bug-free. From there, they got started with the development process to yield a solution that would be 100% usable for customers. So far, they’ve produced an MVP and are moving on toward the next set of enhancements for the product.
What is the team composition?
Initially, we worked with a manager who later passed us off to an assigned project manager and business analyst. There are a few additional developers that are dedicated to the work as well, and they attend meetings occasionally.
How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?
I was searching for new providers online and came across their team. They were quick to inquire about my goals and scope the project out on their end. Their team seemed much more transparent than our previous provider.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent about $10,000 on their work.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the project in February 2020, and our teams are still collaborating.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They provide a weekly output of the hours worked toward certain goals. I can track what they’ve completed and test each build they send to me for bugs. For the most part, if I find a few bugs and the app isn’t crashing, that’s a major improvement over our previous situation. Anecdotally, we’ve seen big improvements to our product with them on board.
How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They set the project up in Jira, which allowed me to follow and track their progress, plans, and recommendations. I always knew what was being prioritized this way. They kept our budget restrictions in mind, working with me to schedule our must-haves into the scope. Their team generally tracks well on timeline estimates but could consider our budget a bit more proactively.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were very transparent in their processes and open to feedback whenever we have it. The customer service element of the relationship has been helpful. If I’m having issues, I’m able to speak freely with the manager to ensure that we’re on the same page. Even though we’re a small firm, they make us feel like an important client. They’re very quick to respond to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I generally have to remind our manager to ensure that our budget is completely accounted for in the build. If they could track scope, schedule, and budget, that would be helpful. Otherwise, they handle our requirements and timelines well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set expectations up front and take time with their team to ensure that they understand your mission. To get the most out of their team, make sure you’re providing that information from the start. Otherwise, I recommend working with them.

Brainvire Infotech Inc developed a mobile app designed to recruit entertainers for various productions. Using the app, two different groups of users communicate with each other.
The app has supported continued business growth, and it has attracted artists from various geographic regions. Brainvire Infotech excels at collaborating with start-ups. They offered valuable, informative suggestions throughout the entire timeline.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
My name is Amiya Mahapatra. I am the founder of the company Chuppe Rustam. We are a group of creative individuals who’ve come together to entertain people with movies, video spoofs, short-films, and many such mediums. We have the vision to recruit the best talent, especially from the rural areas, and offer them the best opportunities in the industry.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Brainvire Infotech Inc?
We reached out to Brainvire to develop a mobile app that can help us transform our vision into reality. We are an entertainment company looking to create and produce short-films, movies, videos, and spoofs. While we have scripts, ideas and all other necessities in the pipeline, we were looking for talented individuals who can portray roles effectively on the big screen. We wanted to be easily accessible to all the talented artists looking to make it big in this industry. And for that, we wanted an easy-to-use mobile application to attract fresh talent and entail multiple screenings.
What were your goals for this project?
We are looking to expand and make a name for ourselves in this industry. As far as casting is concerned, posting ads in print media and other online platforms doesn’t create awareness about such opportunities. Moreover, the casting process involves traveling to distant cities to participate in the auditions. We wanted to eliminate these bottlenecks. Our talent seekers should be able to post online ads in the exclusive mobile app and also launch vote-based contests where aspiring artists can showcase their acting skills and win roles.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We shortlisted Brainvire for our project after going through many reviews on Clutch and other rating platforms. We saw that this company had more than 100 5-star ratings. In most of the reviews, people had talked about Brainvire’s consultative approach and we were looking for exactly the same. All of these things made our decision easier.
Describe the project in detail.
I’ll talk about the app’s features. The mobile app has a premium section reserved for the most talented artists. They get access to a host of exclusive benefits after showcasing their skills. The communication between artists and the production house will be through a proper channel and moderated by an admin. Casting directors have to get in touch with the admin to initiate the process of hiring new talent. This ensures that a transparent and secure screening process is followed at all times.
What was the team composition?
I was constantly interacting with their Business Analysts (BAs as they call them) and they were the point of contact. On some occasions, I also spoke with their Team Leaders and developers from the Android and iOS teams.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The app has increased the number of videos we have screened. To date, we have posted more than 5000 videos and the number is increasing continuously. Also, many artists from distant places have auditioned for roles and got what they deserve. This, according to me, is a major success for us.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Brainvire’s team was startup-friendly. I was not aware of any latest technologies used to create such apps. Their consultants worked closely with my team and ideated the concept from start to finish.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
As I mentioned before, they are the best people to guide enthusiastic entrepreneurs like me who come from a non-technical background. They go the extra mile to explain the pros and cons of different technologies. I also liked their support team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They over deliver at times and need to slow down a bit. For a person like me, it’s not easy to process so much information in one go. But this seems to be an advantage for the bigger companies.
