What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measure of success is that the resource (Application Support Engineer) has become a trusted, customer-facing member of our team rather than a back-office resource. Within a few months, he was familiar enough with our tech stack and database structure to handle application support independently. We’re confident enough in his communication skills to put him directly in front of enterprise customers. Moreover, the engagement remains ongoing, which is our strongest indicator of success. He’s become a reliable part of how we deliver customer support while giving us US Eastern time zone coverage at a fraction of the cost of a US-based hire. Before this resource, support requests pulled our developers away from product work. Now, he handles those issues directly, which lets the team stay focused on building. On the customer side, having a dedicated, responsive support contact who knows our platform and can communicate clearly has made our customer interactions smoother and more consistent. Customers get faster answers, and we get a more predictable support process.

• Second Deliverable: The sponsor will be able to see the integration of the platform with HSBC Payments. In this deliverable, fictitious transactions (Sandbox) can be conducted to analyze the entire purchasing process on the site.
• At this stage, action will be required from the sponsor's designer to display the product's payment forms in the same style as the site.
• Final Site Implementation and Delivery: Once all necessary tests have been completed, the corresponding deployment will proceed, leaving the new system 100% functional on the productive site.
• Intellectual Property and Rights - Materials: 100% rights in the sponsor's name. Delivery of photos, content, and texts by the client. All materials will be delivered to the client if desired.

• Details: Prior to the project, the system processed an average of 200 orders per day. After implementation, the number of processed orders increased to 500 per day. This demonstrates a substantial enhancement in our processing capabilities and efficiency.

Decrease in the Order Cancellation Rate

• Outcome: The project achieved a considerable reduction in the rate of order cancellations.
• Measurement: There was a 50% decrease in the rate of cancelled orders.
• Details: Before the project, the cancellation rate was 10%. Post-implementation, the cancellation rate dropped to 5%. This reduction highlights improved customer satisfaction and reliability of our order processing system.

Additionally, we've collaborated with Braintly on credit decision-making processes, which improved our loan granting process, our core business. Working with a technical team experienced in Fintech has been highly valuable.

By having a simplified and improved operational flow, we have increased our efficiency as a company. This optimizes the time of each non-technical team member.

We measure how many clients inquire, attempt to obtain credit, and those who successfully receive it. We also set operational limits based on each client's profile, allowing us to better serve genuinely interested clients and provide them with the highest possible credit while managing risks.

We have also divided operations by regions within the country where we have representatives. This allows us to operate with external resources, reducing the need to open physical branches. By the way, since working with Braintly, we have opened the most branches in our history, made possible by technology, which has helped us increase our monthly revenue.

We also keep updated on our competitors online. This allows us to operate more credits with fewer resources. We issue an average of 20 credits per employee.

During the 8 years of working together we have gone through several milestones. Summing up in a few words. Agile methodologies were implemented, working in sprints and carrying out the relevant ceremonies to reach a successful conclusion.

Despite having ended the commercial relationship with Braintly, we continue to use and improve methodologies and practices that we apply together. Not to mention a better knowledge of our database and our business

The first years it was a one-to-one job in which urgent needs were addressed but it was difficult to have a long-term view, as time went by the team grew, reaching almost 15 people on the project. This led to being able to project, but delivery times were affected by different daily issues and communication between teams.

Over time, the relationships deteriorated, the economic context caused the number of collaborators to decrease, therefore the deliverables/deadlines were affected.

These friction points happen, but rarely are they met with the level of correction we experienced. By the end of our project, the whole team could operate with trust and autonomy while still getting the work done on time.

Throughout the time we worked together, we worked through the most challenging parts. My only feedback is to provide training support for technologies a client uses before the contract start date. For example, we used Firebase; the team had never touched it before the project. It may be worth having teams do a few demo projects with the tech stack ahead of time to get familiar with uncommon portions.

Tupperware has successfully transformed its traditional business model into a remarkable online digital experience. Our journey with Braintly began in 2020 with the launch of their first digital store, which was initially focused on Buenos Aires. Over the next three months, they conducted a discovery process to better understand their goals, which ultimately led to the integration of Tupperware's sales representatives into their digital channel.

Tupperware's objective was not to cannibalize its customer base but to provide its representatives with more tools to reach a wider audience. To achieve this, Braintly implemented a Shopify Plus platform that was integrated with payment, logistics, and management platforms such as MercadoPago, Andreani, and JD Edwards. Braintly designed, developed, and implemented a dashboard for their entire sales force.

They created a custom engine for flexible commercial policies, which enables the sales team to offer tailored deals to their customers. This forward-thinking approach has paid off for Tupperware, as they launched nationwide e-commerce in 2021 and plan to achieve full representative integration and process automation by 2022.
