We worked for 6 years together and since I partnered with Brainstream I never had to search for any other team. I 100% trusted Ashish and his team in this project, and I couldn't be more happy and comfortable in working with them. Moving from an in-house team to outsourcing the development with Brainstream was one of the best decisions I made, it was a big upgrade.

The project is still on going and has been going for close to a year now. We started in November 2022 and we are continuing with development as of October 2023. We launched the product in August of 2023 in beta for 2 weeks and then went full production mode in September.

• December 2022 - design, registration, login and profile pages were delivered. 
• January 2023 - winners, sportsbooks and support tickets/contact us 
• February 2023 - consensus, computer picks and scores 
• March 2023 - my Picks, balance and leaderboard pages 
• April 2023 - pick process, pick 3, pick 5, my picks page, leaderboard 
• May 2023 - 7 day challenge, my picks page, leaderboard 
• June - the streak contest, my picks page, leaderboard 
• August - Finalized Phase 1 and 2 of the project and got ready for beta 
• September 2023 - We went fully live and starting building out live in game betting functionality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We finished both phase 1 and phase 2 in the the timeframe we projected in our trello board prior to starting the project. We hit all timelines and launched phase 1 and 2 on time. This was pretty impressive too seeing how we had a few bottlenecks along the way and had to redeveloped a few sections of the website.

Due to mapping out EVERYTHING in trello in phase 1 and 2 prior to starting (which really helped) we were able to hit all timelines and goals. Ashish, Ankit and the group respond even in the off time or if you have an emergency. They updated me every day prior to leaving with what they got done and what we can expect to be done the next day. They updated me both in trello and Skype

The Aircraft-Network project is a complex project that required careful planning and execution. The project plan included the following steps:

1. Review and approve mockups.
   1. Set up JIRA, SLACK, GITHUB to track project
   2. Create / track additions, modifications etc. to mockups to complete project.
2. Convert mockups to HTML.
3. Set up staging server.
4. Develop backend.
5. Develop frontend.
6. Provide demos at preset sprints along the way.
7. Make enhancements/changes.
   1. Track iterations in JIRA, GitHub
8. Deploy to production.

The project used the following technologies:

1. Back end: Latest version of Laravel

Completed Sprints were a great way to monitor progress on the project. Site demos and functionality reviews were extremely helpful in determining progress. Brainstream team created a daily "stand-up" protocol to keep team and management updated.

Brainstream was very flexible in how they managed the project, adapting to our managements needs. Google Sheets, JIRA, Slack and Zoom were relied upon for communications etc. GitHub of course for code. Delivered on time or when not on time issues were well communicated and revised timeline provided.

Team was very responsive to needs and allowed quite a bit of flexibility with including revisions into the original scope... no additional costs even if it meant a little more time to complete. Really could not be happier with this "Can-do-attitude".

Extremely well versed in the technologies needed. AWS expertise was also impressive given the level of complexity we required. The team was large with a very impressive breadth of expertise, which allowed us to move quickly and think broadly about how to solve issues. Also their ability to look forward and anticipate (and code accordingly) scale and speed issues while managing 3rd party (AWS) costs was very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brainstream Technolabs Private Limited could have done differently?

Both Brainstream and our teams had things come up one wishes could have been handled differently or more efficiently, especially on such a large project. Possibly if Branistream had been a little more assertive with us regarding clarification of a module, task, function etc. we could have been a little more efficient.

Their tolerance for working with incomplete mockups/instructions (on occasion) from us caused a few more iterations on a module than necessary, but the reality is that was our fault!
