Few projects we worked on together. We needed a very niche skilled developer that was impossible to find on our own. When they stepped in the process got going and we found a very specific candidate we were looking for in no time. Emphasis is going on here on how niche the technology stack was. They took in the requirement and were gone to do their work, and it was amazing, the candidate pool they managed to bring was astonishing. The team is very professional and easy to work with.

They helped us find and hire a high-quality engineer with a niche skillset. Few vendors worked on this project, they were the only ones that truly understood our needs and what we were looking for. Amazing dedication to the project and constant communication made it seamless

They understood the needs very quickly, and all of the questions were extremely relevant to the project they were working on. Each one of their steps in the process had a timely update, we never needed to reach out, and they were always the first ones bringing news and updates. This approach makes work easy. If there is ever a hiring need we cannot fulfill ourselves, we always go to Brain Source. They don't seem to miss.

The approach. I highly doubt anyone can find a company with the same level of dedication and attention to detail as Brain Source Recruitment. They absolutely know what they are doing, and they do it extremely well. True professionals. Every call with them had an agenda, an action, and a good piece of feedback. Not a minute was wasted.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Brain Source Recruitment could have done differently?
Can't say I would change anything in their approach. I wish I could work with them more often.

Together with my team, we needed another colleague for a major project we received. From information gathering to finding the right person for the job, it was a seamless process.

We got 3 CVs and that ended up with a job offer to one of them. We had close to zero time to get involved in the entire recruitment process - so the BS team handled the first round, and then we only had to hold one more interview, including the technical peer testing. The entire process took us 2 hours at most.

As we had no recruitment experience or staff, we were dependent on them to carry this task from A to Z, and they did it with ease and professionalism. Vlad was replying to my messages almost instantly, regardless of what time or day it was.

The speed at which they move is insane. Tech understanding - from a recruiter's perspective, you would expect too much, but Vlad seems to get you. I'm not sure if he's done some kind of tech courses or anything similar, but he seemed prepared on most topics we covered in our short discussions.
