Our client needed a custom application with an intelligent solution that checks the correctness of the components of the photovoltaic installation selected by the user.

BrainForge IT was responsible for the complete implementation of the solution based on the specification and logic of operation developed by us.

BrainForge IT was selected from many who wanted to establish permanent cooperation with us. The decisive factor was professional contact with the company, specific offers at a market price.

BrainForge IT has implemented a fully functional web application (frontend+backend). We started our work with several meetings where we explained the application specifications, special algorithms and presented the basic mock-ups.

The project was carried out in 8 sprints based on a set schedule. Each of the sprints has been presented to us and all fixes have been implemented according to the schedule.

At the beginning, we talked with the company's management. During the implementation of the project, we had contact with the project manager and programmers during the presentation.

After the first action promoting the application, several hundred users registered in the system and placed several orders without any problem. At the moment, the application allows the client to save 30% of the time needed to service clients (monthly basis).

We communicated by e-mail (they responded very quickly). Project manager regularly informed us about the work progress. After each sprint, the company presented us with the effects and implemented any corrections.

They demonstrated fast and efficient communication. Patient making changes and corrections.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If we were to improve something, maybe it would be more graphic designer support and "deeper" testing before implementation, but the current level was also satisfactory! Generally - there were no problems and we hope for the same, successful cooperation in the next projects :) Keep it up!!

We’ve started with creating a brief and project specifications. Then we had an extensive kickoff meeting. During this meeting, they’ve explained to me all the stages of software development. After this stage, we began to work on this system with frequent project demos, so I felt like I was in control.

The new management system has helped to decrease our search query time by about 40%. We can now access our system from the web browser in less than no time. Due to extensive tests, we feel confident about our database security.

Initially, we held a workshop to identify our needs and the flow of information in the application. User stories of the app were presented. In the next step, based on the knowledge from the workshop, the contractor prepared a proposal for graphic mock-ups of the mobile application and proposed the Directus content management system. 
After confirming these parts, the contractor began implementing the application's functionalities, with acceptance tests performed on an ongoing basis during development. The implementation ended with the addition of the application to the App Store and Google Play.

• Increase awareness of deteriorating motor skills in children
• Enable children's fitness levels to be tested and evaluated

During the implementation of the application functionality, communication was very smooth, feedback and changes requested by us were implemented very efficiently into the application. The project was delivered ahead of schedule. In managing the project, the contractor showed great flexibility and understanding of the needs of the application users. Throughout the process the contractor not only implemented our requirements but also suggested solutions that could be better for the users.

Creating an application from scratch that serves as a virtual guide for tourists around our museum. In addition to development, the project included the preparation of graphic mock-ups and the implementation of applications for the Google and Apple stores. It was important for the application to work off-line and to manage the content available in the application.

Our clients are more than happy with solutions that we could find using this tool.

We had 14 day sprints ending with a summary and discussion of next steps via google meet. We also were in constant contact by phone and on Slack.

Work culture. There were only challenges, no problems. They were open-minded people who preferred discussing options and finding the best solutions than fixing or redoing them.
