Activating residents and tourists in the city, encouraging walking and cycling, improving users knowledge of ecology and environmental protection, promotion of the urban renewal programme. The project consisted of the comprehensive design and development of a mobile application with an administrator panel, serving as a city game for resudents and tourists in Konin. 

The process involved creating the concept, questions and storyline of the game, then preparing the UI and UX of the aplication. The final phase was to develop the app's code using Flutter technology, release the app on the Appstore and Google Play and Promote the app.

The main goal of the website was to make it easier for potential clients to get to know our brand. We started our collaboration with a UX workshop, the next step was to start developing the application. BrainForge advised us to use Directus CMS, which is intuitive and easy to use. The final step was to put the website up on a server and bundle it with the domain.

Building the website has resulted in increased traffic to the clinic and greater awareness of the services we provide. In addition, clients visiting the clinic know what costs they are facing, our brand is more visible in the market.

Thanks to the application developed for Patyki Resort, guests can now enjoy a range of convenient features that enhance their overall resort experience. The following features have been incorporated into the mobile application:

The development of the mobile application for Patyki Resort utilized Directus as a key component of the tech stack and Flutter a cross-platform development framework, was utilized to construct the mobile application, leveraging the advantages of a unified codebase that seamlessly deploys on both iOS and Android platforms.

After workshop meetings at which we discussed the functionality of the application and the technologies used, the BrainForge IT team began working on the project. The first step was to prepare the mocked frontend views. The team had to take into account users’ different cookies settings, we had to develop a solution for users blocking third-party cookies.

Next, the team integrated the system with our elements, e.g.: map of parcel pick-up points and integrate the plugin with multiple web browsers. The final steps were integration with backend, testing and releasing the solution to the market. The application was developed using React and Iframe

At the beginning, we had a little problems with the start of the work, but we got together very quickly as a team. Currently, the cooperation is amazing.

We started with the kickoff meeting that included a tech workshop. After the meeting, we decided to start the cross-platform app development using Flutter technology that BrainForge is specialized in. They had experience working with other clients and they have helped them release their apps on the Google Play and App Store before.

We have worked with five employees from the BrainForge IT. Three of them were developer, one UX/UI and one Project Manager.

All the assumptions that were set during the project preparation phase were met 100%. The application is getting positive feedback from users and the number of downloads from stores is regularly increasing

If I recall working with BrainForge IT, I cannot find weaker points during the project work. As I mentioned, the work was exemplary.

BrainForge team has designed and built a responsive website for our company. Our goal was to increase the brand awareness and help our potential customers learn more about the products we sell.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for the software development company headquartered in Lower Silesia that could help us go through this process starting with the workshop. We were green in the software development space and we wanted to start working with the company we could trust. Additionally, most of the offers we received were out of this world in terms of pricing.

BrainForge IT came to us and told us how much time they need to build specific modules and how much does it cost. Everything was transparent and clear. We really appreciate we have had a chance to discuss the new website strategy and goals with BrainForge IT personally (face-to-face). That is something that really matters to us.

We had a kickoff meeting and workshop to discuss the scope of the project and all the milestones to achieve. We pointed out the goals we had on our side and BrainForge IT mapped these goals with the suggested technologies and IT solutions. We decided to work on the custom website instead of using ready-to-use solutions. We needed a custom and flexible CMS where we can manage the content on our side. WordPress would not let us do it what the custom solution does.

We have worked with two BrainForge IT employees. We met really kind Project Manager and Website Developer. They were out main points of contact throughout the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the new website we were finally able to see the traffic sources. That was the first time we implemented Google Analytics properly. Thanks to that we know what content is more engaging and we are focusing now on the target audience. That is great we know what is the exact impact of implementing the new CTA buttons on specific pages on our website. Thanks to the custom solution with a one single click we are able to move specific sections to another page.

As we were quite busy during that time and we trusted BrainForge IT, we had only 4 meetings during this 2 months project. We started with the kickoff meeting and workshop. Then at each stage we had a POD meeting where Project Manager explained what they have done.

They gave us a professional custom website that is easy to update. We wanted to have specific options to upload the new media, texts, or update the website and the team enabled us to do that.

Share.P is an innovative plug&play parking system that builds a bridge between parking spot owners and drivers. Imagine Airbnb but for sharing parking spots. As one of four co-founders, I am responsible for the whole design of this product from day one until now which means I have to deal with the development of all the things I design.

After a year of using an PWA we have decided to make a step forward by switching to a native app. We are a startup so time is very precious. Brain Forge IT begun their work immediately with a pricise plan not only developing the platform but also brainstorming when new features where introduced.

With native app we wanted to reach a much wider group of users simplifying the setup process for them.

We interview couple of software houses and had two main factors that had to be met by the one chosen. Price and involvement.

Price because we are a startup with a low budget but we are growing fast so we knew that the job will be continuous and involvement because we didn't looked for just a handyman to to what he is told but we needed people who could become a part of the team.

We started with a couple of meetings and a workshop. This gave us a chance to explain to Brain Forge IT our vision and goals. It was amazing how fast they understood the concept. We chose Flutter for building iOS and Android app.

We also devided work into sprints and now we have an app published at AppStore and GooglePlay with already few modifications implemented.

We worked directly with PM and depending on the task we had contacts with some of their developers. We didn't need more contact because we prefer developers to write the code instead of talking:) The project manager is the main source of information between us and Brain Forge IT.

It is too soon to look at measurable outcomes but for us and our investors job was done the way we imagined and the way we wanted. We have a small number of people who left feedback so far but they are users who already used our previous version. All we know it that this one is much better and much more user-friendly.

Management was adjusted to our needs. Flexibility was something that made our work fast and efficient. Of course every task was being verified and scheduled but we could have counted on BF IT every moment of the day. To communicate we used standard phone calls, Google Meets and GitLab.

What is most impressive is how young and open-minded they are. Working with them is not a hassle.

After contact with few companies, we decided for BF because they quickly proposed a set of solutions that addressed our needs. Also they were the most responsive ones.

We had initial meeting to identify our needs and ways of fulfilling them. We provided mockups for implementation, and received several releases, each with new set of functionalities. Site was developed in framework called Vue.

We conducted successful event edition, most of our participants bought tickets on mobile devices ( previously they couldnt even read our site properly on their phones). Also BF helped with settings analytics on our site and changing domain - we can not compare the traffic with previous one because we didn't measure it before.
