For what projects/services did your company hire Braincuber Technologies, and what were your goals?

We needed an experienced team to create our application. Our team had the concept to create a productivity tool for Mobile app developers to help them stay accountable but didn’t have the in-house skills to create the solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we need to shortlist 10 agencies over there this agency is good with technical knowledge and also has great projects initially, we decided they’d just take care of the technical side of the application. However, within a few weeks, we realized their team was fully capable of handling both the Application development and cloud technology.

Initially, we decided they’d just take care of the Application. However, within a few weeks, we realized their team was fully capable of handling Applications and website applications. They used React for the website(Admin panel) as well as react native for application and Amazon Web Services for the backend.

We work with around 1 designer, 3 developers, 1 cloud engineer, and 1 project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were pretty skeptical of hiring a third party to do the job for us. Luckily, Braincuber Technologies. is spot on in everything when it comes to deadlines and schedules. They were pretty understanding about the scope and requirements of the project; both in terms of finances and deadlines. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to do this job for us.

Braincuber Technologies initially assigned a project manager to our project. They were responsible for bridging the gap and making sure the conversation was smooth and thorough between us and the team.

There’s another project manager who’s always in touch with us. We work with them on a weekly milestone basis that was extended to by monthly milestones. We track the milestones on Basecamp, and it’s fairly easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’re committed to working and making sure the milestone deadlines are met no matter the cost. We rarely had any issues where they missed milestones. When there was a particular issue with the project, they were ready to solve it outside work hours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I can’t think of anything negative that impacted the business or milestones.
