Although we faced a few challenges and hiccups which delayed the process, they met all my needs in the end and delivered a great website that matched the original web design

Yes, the only area for improvement would be quality checks. I felt like I had to do a ton of quality checks after each round, and often found a list of items that needed correction. Not having to do so would have saved a lot of time, efficiency and energy on my end. But they listened, were very prompt and the outcome came out great, and that is most important in the end.
