I am the owner of a tour guide company working for many travel agents. Therefore I need a nice website with huge conversion numbers.

I needed Bocain Designs because I need quick but great quality results. The focus was to have an online booking system with payment functionality fully integrated in the website (this means that it's not visible an external plugin is used). Bocain Designs did a great job doing that.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

He was one of the three companies giving me an answer within a reasonable amount of time. And he was the ONLY one asking me for an online meeting to check if we were on the same page.

We had a Zoom meeting to discus if we understood each other. The next day, Bocain Designs contacted me with a target date. Technologies used are Wordpress, JetEngine and JetAppointment from Crocoblock. The project was delivered even before the target date and the integration of my booking module is perfectly done.

The CEO of Bocain Designs contacted me almost every day with the progress of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Because of the website, guests can make bookings online and receive a confirmation. The huge benefit for me is that I can do guided tours in my city worry free because I don't have to pick up the phone in the middle of a tour.

We had almost daily small meetings. Bocain designs also used Loom so explain to me issues I didn't understand in the beginning.

The ONLY one organizing an online intake meeting. And the use of Loom to explain in 2 minute video what I can do with my site.

Nope.

Bocain Design has helped me increase traffic to my business by over 100% in the last 6 months, and has helped me learn how to retain clientele by a noticeable metric. I have improved my overall communication, and have left more clients happy than before.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was arranged by using Trello, and constant back and forth communication (sometimes video calls, sometimes via chat platforms) and it was incredibly effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I find Bocain Designs deep and robust knowledge the most impressive thing. They have so much experience (15+ years) to back up a very extensive underlying knowledge that makes it hard to imagine working with anyone else.
