I'm the head of marketing at Ginesys a software tech company in India. I outline marketing approach and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

We hired Blufig for multiple purposes but it started with Content and specifically social media marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online but found the trust and reliability factor missing. Blufig came across as trust-worthy given their previous reviews and a reference call that they set up with an existing customer of theirs.

They helped us frame the social media plan. They came up with the styles of posts and what the visual language would be. After that they established a regular process of setting a monthly broad calendar, submitting the week's posts in advance and getting them vetted.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our page followers have increased by more than 100% on LinkedIn and Facebook in the last 3 months. The posts have also got a fair amount of traction

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pretty effective workflow, as mentioned earlier they already setup the plan and goals in advance and stuck to the plan. Any changes made to it by us due to the recent business news was accomodated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very responsive to our needs: whenever we suggested a change / immediate post due to some important news they responded immediately. Their writing and graphic skills were pretty consistent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of.

Blufig should consider expanding the scope of their services beyond digital and content marketing. That would be helpful to my company and I’m sure other clients.
