BlueTuskr oversaw our SEO strategies. They initially researched target keywords for us to focus on. From there they developed new blog articles, did some backlinking and helped us optimize the code on our website. They sent us reporting on a weekly basis and we spoke to them at least monthly.

Within 3 months we had started to see some significant improvements and some nice trends. By our 6th month we started to see a big increase in organic traffic and organic conversions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had consistent issues with matching and lead quality that were reported on their weekly reports, and we communicated during our virtual meetings. On each report, BlueTuskr stated that event tracking needed improvement because it was a 4/10, but nothing was changed. This was in the report for many weeks throughout the relationship.
We later had an independent audit conducted which found that the Meta pixel was only firing on initial page load and never on client-side navigation, meaning the majority of user activity was never captured throughout the entire engagement. Pixel setup was an explicit deliverable in our contract. Leads that came through for demos weren't qualified leads.
Actual free trial sign-ups or demos decreased over time in our own internal reporting through ChartMogul. Our domain was never verified in Meta, which may have led to inaccurate reporting on BlueTuskr's end. We also experienced significant launch delays. Meta ads did not go live until June 25 despite a June 1 contract start, meaning we were billed for 25 days with no active campaigns running.
LinkedIn ads did not go live until January 5 despite a December 1 change order start, meaning we were billed for 35 days with no active campaigns running. We granted CRM access but constantly throughout the project they stated they didn't have access.
Our first Account Manager said he was in and reviewing leads and another team member in January said they were in, but our second Account Manager and Paid Media Manager stated they didn't have access even though it was granted to their master account for all employees. They used this as an excuse for poor lead quality.

How did BlueTuskr perform from a project management standpoint?

They took 25 days to get Meta up when the contract stated 1–2 weeks. It took 35 days to get LinkedIn up with the same contract timeline. Changes requested once everything was live were often forgotten or too long to get in.

was nice working together, very nice communication, ideas in general very happy with the results, very professional team, they did a redesign from our shopify store with a new Theme, and it looks much better now. Jason was the Senior Designer in charge of the project, we had great communication and very helpful together and Andrew the CEO is also very clear and smart guy.

every few days they sent an explanation video which i loved!!! because explained al the progress and ask questions about changes etc, was great. Jason was really good at it.
