We have been very impressed with their professionalism and understanding of our needs, adjusting the approach to fit the circumstance. There was excellent communication, and very quick response times to any issues. While there were some delays to the project, this was not due to the company, but due to unforseen work which was identified early, resulting in a smooth and succesful transition from the old to new systems. What was your primary form of communication with Blue Frontier?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?The most impressive feature was the ability to understand who we are as a company, and find solutions that best fit our needs. Their initial stages of the process, to understand us, was instrumental in the sucess of the project.Are there any areas for improvement or something Blue Frontier could have done differently?The only suggestion, would be in the testing phase, to work a bit closer with the customer to help understand the best ways to test out the system. I think a few of the issues on launch, which were quickly resolved, may have been avoided in the testing phase with some guidance as to things to look out for. However, this is in light of being very impressed overall with the service.
