Sameer Shah and his teamm reviewed our site in depth, took the time to understand our business in mens apparel, underwear, undershirts and lounge wear specifically, and came to us with recommendations that were timely, relevant and doable. They built our site from ground up, with current search engine standards in mind. Gave us a fresh UI/UX feel too. They finished the work smoothly, on time and on budget. They made it easy for us.

We interviewed 6 total vendors. The deciding factor really was their people and the confidence we felt in them and their process. We have done several projects with them since and will continue to do others.

Interview, assessment then selection. We held a kick off, confirmed the scope, budget, deliverables and timing. We met weekly and touched base by email between meetings as needed. They always deliver comprehensive meeting notes outlining actions and responsible parties, including deadlines. All of that kept us on track and we launched our new site with ease on the date we planned.

Solution oriented and extremely low Turnaround Time to solve problems and well as come up with new solutions. Of course, use of best practices at all times is the real nucleus of everything

I believe they Bliss empowers its developers and doesn't shield it from clients which is amazing for all around growth as well for client project execution. Everyone from the CEO to the most junior developer is available and accessible at all times. Though we operate with an almost 12 hour time difference, I never feel it. I don't have any suggestions for Bliss as a client for improvement
