The main measure of success for us will naturally be the number of clients and monthly turnover. But in terms of the application itself, the stability of its operation, the number of bugs and the speed of fixing them are also important. We have not yet launched full-fledged operations, so it is too early to assess the result.

The team works at a very fast pace, tasks are solved quickly and efficiently, our wishes do not need to be explained several times, the response is instantaneous

I am a UI/UX designer and I designed a mobile app that I wanted to get developed. I reached out the Bleaker team to turn my designs into a functioning app in the Apple and Google play store. I gave them my designs in Sketch and the Invision Prototype and they went to work. The recommended using the Flutterflow framework instead of Bubble and I went with their recommendation. 

Overall, the experience has been incredible. Matthew and his team are very attentive to deatil, they constantly keep me updated with progress, they know the industry, what works and what doesn't, how scalability works and most importantly they show up every day and keep pushing my project along. I have tried multiple teams and finding people you can trust in this industry is always a battle. Going forward, any project I have that needs serious development work, this is my team!

We set out with the goal to get the app launched on testflight and to continually do releases on that platform. Every week or so I got a new update. I would make my notes and suggestions on how the app should function and they would go back and make changes. This feedback loop was essential to get the best UX possible. They were very quick to make changes and always kept the ball rolling.

Matthew is the founder of Bleakers and one of the main reasons I decided to go with this team. He felt like my friend after our first call. He understood that this was a start up, a dream of an idea and his goal was to use his team and resources to turn my dream into reality. Not only that, he was dedicated to the project and now they are acting as the CTO for my company. 

As we scale and grow, Matthew and his team will be there every step of the way. I was super excited to find my tech resource for this project and knew I made the right choice going with Bleakers and his company.

They are always impressing me with their ability to know how technology works. Their doesn't seem to be a problem that they can't solve. If something isn't working right, they know why. If they need the app to scale, they know how. Building and coding is second nature to them. They do it fluently and smoothly. If you want a team that understands this space, look no further.

Improvement, no. They continually release updates on Testflight that work better than the previous version. They are constantly making things better and I appreciate all the effort.

Development of a marketing automation product for launching advertising campaigns on social platforms in order to attract candidates. The development is divided into items that are necessary for the full functioning of the product and are agreed between the customer and the contractor before signing the agreement. Product development items:

The design includes: visual creation of the user's path for creating advertising campaigns, an analytics page, a pricing page, a billing page, a profile settings page and additional, application page, registration page and elements necessary for the product to function, discussed orally

The first few months have been good, then broke down, and the deliverables have begun to stall. The response was them needing more time, which I was fine with, but they would then continue to deliver non-working parts of the app.

Started working with this company in june 2023. Was pitched on having an app finished in a month and a half. Over a year later and we received an application that barely worked, full of bugs and was not completed. All along the way there was miscommunication on Bleakers end, including with payment systems in the app, along with key deliverables - including integral functions of the app. 

Trying to find a solution at the end of this process - i.e. either getting a working product or finding a way to recoup our costs has been met with silence. Over six months of trying to check in an get an answer on this and not one email was returned. We were left without a finished product, that was a year overdue. I would stay clear away from this company, the founder and anyone associated with it.

Our platform was built in Python and PHP which didn't make sense and caused server crashes. Bleakers re-wrote parts of the code to get rid of Python. We also moved the server service from Digitalocean to Hetzner. The website now works more stable. Next, we will keep improving the features and UX of the application.

• I'm expecting to break-even in 3 months time

Bleakers delivered everything a couple days earlier at high quality and we were able to have extra time to smooth out the process. They've responded very quickly to any questions I had in great detail and in a way that was clear to me as a non-technical person. Everything felt controlled and I didn't have to manage the team, as they've shown great understanding of my business.

Their working etiquette is great. Even though my messages were outside of their working hours they've been quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, the speed at which they worked showed their process was refined; they could take care of any problem I had.

There was only one small thing, the fact that they weren't able to begin work straight away because they were finishing up other projects. They said that the issue is now resolved as their team expanded.
