Please describe your company and your position there.

Unitelworks is the leading Network Planning and Optimization Company. The company provides network planning, optimization services, BTS installations and operations support for fixed and Wireless operations, RF services & in building solutions to Wireless providers. Beyond these services, it has expanded to cover Turnkey solutions, RF Planning and Optimization, Network Performance Services, IP Planning and Project management. It undertakes task based projects requiring delivery of tangible results in the form of either cell site production or network quality improvement. I am the Managing Director of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bitibe Technologies Pvt Ltd?

Almost everything about our business was documented manually. We had serious problems with poor and inconsistent data entry, which was worsened further by our obsolete legacy software. If we were going to grow the business and hit our expected revenue targets, then the whole thing had to be redeveloped. Thus, we hired Bitibe, to design a dynamic website and integrate admin panel support and automate our process.

The goal was to create a dynamic website and integrate admin panel support.

How did you select this vendor?

We worked with them for our Performance Management System, and were impressed by their work ethics. The best thing was their support team, and their continuous suggestions to improve our experience. Thus we had to hire them again.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, developed, configured and launched a new dynamic website along with admin panel which gave us business management solution. Once we approved the workflow, the work on actual project began.

What was the team composition?

The project team consisted of 6 people, but certain people would come and go depending upon their needs. That said, Vipul Singh, the project manager, was our point of contact. He is very professional and dependable.

The best thing about working with Bitibe, in both of our projects, is that they explore all the drawbacks in your current process and help to improve it. I just loved working with them.

Our goal was to become a leading network planning and optimizing company. Our dedicated and capable engineers ensure that all the projects are driven by challenging performance benchmarks and our final deliverable result in quantifiable improvement in the network quality and performance

I received quotes from about a dozen app development companies, but I went with Bitibe based on the conversations we had. They were really thorough. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they understood the process that I needed after a few minutes of conversation.

The performance management system not only allows an employer to measure the performance of their employees but it also helps the employees to boost their own performance using the AI-based performance partner.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After implementing this solution in my organization , I am able to find out the things that I'd been looking for for a long time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Everything was on time, but I was made aware of any delays along the way. They followed through on their promises, and their attention to detail was pretty flawless. We tracked the project through Trello, and Skype was our primary communication tool.

Proper Communication & Awesome Understanding.

No, there’s nothing worth mentioning. It was an easy process.
