Our website is still being developed by the team. They use React on the front end and Node.js on the back end. They also make use of AWS or Serverless. They also lead our efforts to integrate email and Google Maps. After that, they're going to create a landing page that matches our layout. They are solely responsible for the coding of our website overall.

This description, combined with design, contributed to a more intelligible and straightforward buildout process. The attention to detail was astounding, and it helped me comprehend how much work was done behind the scenes.
During the development phase, we hold bi-weekly dev meetings to design and explain sprint objectives, as well as provide status updates and completion reports. Every week, there was a review of the app's latest progress and new or enhanced features. The development team created a clear and friendly UI by combining API plugs with external data sources.

Binstellar has helped us create a WordPress website from scratch, using PHP, HTML, and JavaScript for customizations, as well as Adobe XD for the designs. Their team has been in charge of everything related to our website, such as wireframing and landing page development. In addition to Adobe XD, Binstellar has used Figma to create mock-ups. We use Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator in-house, so we've also shared files in those formats.

Binstellar's work also includes helping us with our campaigns. For example, they've built special landing pages for us during our text message and Google Ads campaigns. Additionally, we're now in the process of potentially overhauling a few more pages on our website, including the home page and the practice pages, to improve SERP rankings. There's a pivotal part of the project coming forward.

We've worked with around five teammates from Binstellar, including a senior developer, a UI/UX designer, and a project manager who acts as our tech advisor.

We found them on Google but also got a recommendation from a friend who had used them. We discovered that we speak the same language, which made them very easy to communicate with. Thus, we started hiring them for small projects initially. Eventually, we hired them to take care of everything related to our site.

We started working together in April 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a massive increase in website traffic. Binstellar has overhauled a lot of the pages on our site that didn't use to get visited, and as a result, we've seen an increase in web traffic according to our Google Analytics. We've also seen a massive amount of web traffic on the landing pages they've created for our campaigns.

Moreover, we've never gotten negative feedback from users telling us that they can't see or find what they're looking for. From that perspective, Binstellar has executed the job really well.

How did Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Initially, Binstellar took some time to understand this dentistry sector. Still, they were very quick to learn our requirements and listened to us very well. Something I've really liked is that they don't just do what we ask them for; they also bring their own experience from a UI/UX point of view, which is nice.

I'm from a creative background as well, so they listen to me well and give me their feedback and insights. Now, they're accustomed to knowing what works and what doesn't in our sector. Overall, having a long-term relationship with them is great.

Binstellar has always delivered under budget and is very transparent regarding expectations. Whenever they provide an estimation, they deliver within that expectation; it never goes over. This is appreciated because we're always on a tight budget. Time-wise, they're always on point. They've never been late, which is something I really like about them.

Although we speak the same language, we mainly communicate in English very well. We've had a lot of conference calls, and they've even invited me over to speak to the team. As for collaboration tools, we've used Skype, email, Google Meet, and, occasionally, WhatsApp. Whenever something is urgent, WhatsApp is a great communication channel. Still, we try to stay out of WhatsApp as much as possible.

I would like to give a shout-out to three of their teammates: Viram (SaaS Project Strategist & Tech Consultant), Kishan (CEO), and Priyanshi (UI/UX Designer). They're the main teammates I've worked with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Binstellar's project planning is very good. They don't just deliver a project. Instead, they take care of the funnel step by step and make sure to address everything that needs to be addressed. Then, they follow up and ensure that everyone is good.

We have a lot of people within our organization, as well as different practices across the UK. Some practices need more help than others. Still, Binstellar is always available and very easy to contact despite time differences, so their communication is also outstanding.

If I email them at 4 a.m. in the afternoon our time, they always respond within 20–30 minutes, which is a late hour for them. One of our initial criteria was finding a partner available to serve the UK time zone, and we haven't had an issue in that regard thus far. They've even been available on Saturdays, which is great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Binstellar has a small team of designers, so it would be great if they could add two more. Sometimes, the designers are out on annual leave or on holidays. Although Binstellar lets us know about leaves in advance, we have to be mindful of those days.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

A simple phone call or message on their website is worth it. We did that, and Binstellar engaged with us very quickly, understood what we wanted, and put us in touch with the right people. If you want to work with them, a form submission or a call will suffice.

Complete overhaul of the backend and front end of the website with new design and development including CRM integration as well as UI/UX considerations. Testing on mobile, desktop and iPad with various landing page developments for marketing purposes. On going maintenance and security updates as well as hosting.
