Binmile Technologies developed and launched a feature-rich mobile app and website for InstaAstro, integrating various tools like Agora for communication and providing a seamless user experience. The scope of work included backend and frontend development, where Binmile created a cloud-based astrological platform and an intuitive mobile application. 
This included a full-fledged eCommerce store for astrology-related products and services, and features for horoscope matching, spiritual healing, daily horoscopes, and wellness management.

For software testing and quality assurance, Binmile conducted rigorous QA testing to ensure a smooth and bug-free user experience. They also implemented Mixpanel Analytics and CleverTap to enhance user engagement and track customer behavior.

In terms of DevOps support services, Binmile integrated various communication options, including voice calls, video calls, and chats for users to connect with astrologers. Additionally, they incorporated multiple payment gateways, such as PayTM PG, for seamless transactions, and established a "Blog" section to boost customer engagement and trust.

This comprehensive approach resulted in increased audience reach, enhanced user engagement, and a significant boost in gross revenue and conversion rates.

Binmile provided us 1 frontend manager to guide our junior frontend team and 2 backend engineers to fasten our platform development. While on one side they helped us lead the frontend team, they provided good backend engineers to our backend lead. Binmile engineers gathered project knowledge very quickly and were able to contribute within a week's time.

We discussed our project requirements with the Binmile engineers in detail. At the same time, we evaluated their skills on the technologies we needed. Binmile Technologies understood our requirements and found the best candidates which suited our project.

Because of their continuous effort and collaboration, we are very near to our fist launch. Teams did their best to achieve the given targets within our timeline.

We adopted 1-week sprint with the engineers. Everyone in the team are aware of agile practices and it was easy to align the development workflow with everyone.

They provided good engineers in a very cost effective manner. I liked their methodical process to understand the customer's need first before suggesting the resources. They also helped in giving strategic advice which helped in shaping the right processes.
