Binerals is in Dnipro, Ukraine. I knew there was risk of disruption and accepted that risk. The team is very dedicated to this project, and the handful of disruptions were well within what was acceptable to me.

All projects were completed on time or ahead of schedule and within the approved budget with the websites and applications live and thriving.

We worked hand in hand with the Product Manager and Web Designer to develop and maintain the product roadmap. We worked in 2 week sprints with bi-monthly video calls with the entire team to track progress, team alignment and set the deliverables for the following 2 week sprint. This allowed us to stay nimble and manage any changes in the roadmap without negatively impacting development workflow or timelines. Sprint timelline goals were always met and adjustments were easily made.

We were impressed with their amazing positive attitude, work ethic, and ability to communicate clearly week in and week out in order to tackle any project and overcome any obstacles. i had a good business relationship with the owner and i knew that he has been in the dating industry for years and have done similar projects in the past, which gave me the confidence that they can do a good job.

The work entailed a design of a dating website, an api connection with a few of our partner and a backend in which we can control certain features in the website and where we can download logs and an overview of the data from the users. Also certain rules on the website has been implemented to only send us qualified users and filter out the less valuable ones.
