BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an Online Pharmacy Startup. We are working in eCommerce domain. We are currently dealing in Indian Markets and is working with websites and Mobile Apps as well. I am the CTO of this company and all the project here are done under my guidance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Binary Informatics?

We hired Binary Informatics for the development of our website and Mobile Application.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a user-friendly responsive website for our eCommerce to begin with, we wanted a fluid search button and extensive categories. We had a fixed development time and were looking for quick turnaround time.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected them through one of our references. We had quite a bit of discussion with their tech guys and once we were satisfied with the command of the sector they are holding we selected them as our development partner.

Describe the project in detail.

The project was a web-based application With this system people can search for medicine, can check medicine detail, can compare medicine rates and can buy online. The system performed all the functions such as Search Medicine, Detailed Medicine Page, Compare Medicine, Add to cart, Direct Prescription upload, Check out, User Account, Admin account, Auto medicine suggestions, Very easy interface And many more

What was the team composition?

We had 1 Business Analyst, 2 designers, 1 backend developer, and 2 Mobile Application developer one each for Android and iOS respectively.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The App was launched serially, first the website was launched, once we started getting the users on it we felt the need of Mobile application, Binary Informatics team was quite handy, in about 3 months time the iOS and Android Application was launched simultaneously. Now we have more than 10 thousand + installs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had different platforms to communicate, between Gmail, slack and skype, the business analyst was quite handy and we had regular scrum meetings to get the project updates. Despite our differences, we were able to solve problems through discussion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most fascinating thing about Binary Informatics was the range of technologies they are working upon, we are looking forward to work in the areas such as Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence as well. We have already had great successes with them. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

If they can go more flexible in the work timings that would enhance the work domain.
