Because we are a small business, we needed someone who we could rely on to keep our systems up and running smoothly, up-to-date-software, cybersecurity protections, and HIPAA compliance. Big I.T. Inc, has excelled at keeping us apprised of changes we need to make and encouragement to continue to upgrade our systems when warranted.

My company is continuously monitored by Big I.T. Inc. to keep us in compliance and enhances our security measures when possible.

Big I.T. Inc. is very responsive and has even been able to resolve an issue over the phone. When needed, a tech arrives on time and is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

I am most impressed with the knowledge and capabilities of the staff. I have never had them unable to solve an issue in all the years we have used their services.

At this time, I cannot think of any areas where there might be an improvement. The company is continually receiving new accredidations and seems to be extemely competent.

My goal is to maintain the security of all information received and sent out, as well as keeping the system up-to-date.
