We needed BezimeniIT to build a custom backend system that would help us automate internal workflows, improve project tracking, and simplify our business operations.

On the frontend, they built the web interface in React and developed a cross-platform mobile app using React Native. They also provided full documentation and assisted with deployment and testing.

The project successfully automated several of our internal processes, reducing manual work and improving efficiency. The delivered system is stable, scalable, and fully integrated with our other tools, which allows us to better manage projects and track business performance in real time.

After implementing the system, we reduced the time spent on manual project tracking by approximately 40% and improved overall task completion accuracy and reporting consistency. The automation also significantly decreased the number of internal errors and delays in our business operations.

Our team from the operations sector was very satisfied with the new system. They found the interface intuitive and easy to use and appreciated how much time it saved on repetitive administrative tasks. I'm the founder of Symmetri Growth Labs, a marketing and RevOps company. We build custom revenue and growth operating systems for companies with a need for better outbound performance.

We needed support with the ideation, development, and shipment of an app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BezimeniIT has been in charge of developing an outbound marketing app. The team has led the entire project all the way to the deployment of a working prototype. The app has features that give us an outbound marketing edge, most notably phone calls and spam avoidance. The second phase of the project will begin in Q4 2025 if all goes as planned.

We found BezimeniIT via LinkedIn. We chose them because they were young and ambitious. We resonated with them on a personal level, and they talked about their team more than their work or themselves. Additionally, they understood our needs.

The project started in January 2025, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project is still in progress, so it's too early to say what the results are. However, the early indicators look promising. We're seeing more connections and conversations with prospects.

How did BezimeniIT perform from a project management standpoint?

BezimeniIT's project management is great. The team delivers on time and responds well to our needs. We communicate as needed and have one standing weekly update call. We use WhatsApp and Google Meet for conferences. The team is also responsive to our questions and concerns.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed with BezimeniIT's work ethic, trust in their team, and business principles.

They will have to change their company name if they continue this level of work and results. -- Ask them what their name means in their native language -- =)

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some challenges with features that weren't in our realm of expertise. We had to allow BezimeniIT to be the experts and then iterate and test. I have a strong personality and opinion, but the team was adamant about the right way to do things. They weren't afraid to tactfully help me understand the direction needed, which established respect and trust.
