RiaFin was built from scratch by BestWeb Ventures. Following are the deliverables they provided to us:

1. Development of Partner Websites Network in 11ty and Netlify
2. Development of our MVP in Ruby on Rails
3. All Digital Marketing

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am very impressed that within a time span of 10 to 12 months the delivered everything we asked for on time and upto my expectations. Though there was some discussions regarding change of UI, adding/removing features, however, we were explained very clearly by them why a feature might not be useful for an MVP. For example - I wanted a full-fledged calendar to book a scheduled call in our MVP, rather Chetan suggested to have a minimal feature where a lead just books a call with selecting a time block, day, etc.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They deliver their tasks on time. They were using Basecamp earlier, which I liked a lot; however, just recently, they moved to Taiga, which is very complex to use.

I found their guidance on MVP and the speed with which they deliver content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BestWeb Ventures could have done differently?

Oh yes, they must use some other easy project management tool than taiga but its good overall not a big problem anyways.
