The lads at Beluga built me a brand new website. They host it too.

How did you select Beluga Digital and what were the deciding factors?

These guys are the best of the best in the North East. No question. They know their stuff. Super professional, really helpful and they completely put you at ease. Nothing's a problem. And they love a challenge.

They built the site from scratch and afterwards, spent time showing me how to use the back-end myself. If I forgot how to do something or I was stuck, they'd literally jump on a call and talk me through it. They made tech feel easy.

How many people from the Beluga Digital team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Ed Francis and Chris Martin. There's nothing these two don't know.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They made me completely searchable. I've had so many new clients come through a simple Google search.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used Slack most of the time, plus email and Zoom. I love how they don't bamboozle you with digi speak.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're utter professionals. Nothing is too much trouble. They always get back to you really quickly and genuinely nice people to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope. All good.
