Yes - we have received several high quality leads that can potentially turn into business. While we would of course like more leads, it is the quality of these leads that makes it worthwhile.

Excellent - we have weekly meetings where we discuss current situations and challenges. I get all my reports in real-time through Google Dashboard. They make themselves available at all times through Slack as well.

Belkins was and is a great partner to work with. They were able to learn our product in detail, understand, and analyze our Ideal Customer Profile, prepare leads, mailboxes, email content as well as professionally support our account throughout the entire campaign. Furthermore, they delivered multiple sales qualified leads (I don’t have the number in front of me now) and we converted around 20% of them in new paid accounts.

We were using Slack and Zoom for day to day and week calls. The team was always available in Australian and US working hours.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Since the beginning of our relationship, we were very satisfied with the Belkins team. I think it is critical that the team has always been open to our ideas and requests - the cooperation process has always been very well-organized, clear, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

We have always been growing well organically, but in order to get to the next level, we needed an additional approach. We wanted to develop business more effectively. It felt like we had a great offer and needed to increase brand awareness.
For agencies, it’s really difficult to increase awareness — you don’t advertise via the traditional marketing channels. Therefore, cooperation with Belkins looked like a great way to make our agency known, liked, and trusted by highly relevant customers. We also expected it to provide us with an opportunity to pitch them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were conducting a thorough Google search, comparing various options according to a set of specific criteria essential for our business. Finally, we chose Belkins as the most relevant lead-generation agency with the best customer reviews and solid case studies.

Appointment setting (10-20 calls per month) Working with the CRM Linkedin Influencer to promote our work that we simply didn’t have time to speak about. Of course, actions speak louder than words, but Belkins' experts claimed that those were stunning and spread the word about our successful case studies and achievements.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
The team consists of a research team, an SDR, and an Account Manager - they are proactive, nimble with a strategic mindset.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?
High call volume — Belkins professionals scheduled numerous appointments, and we were able to find clients out of those and close deals. We recently launched a Linkedin Influencer campaign to promote our work and can already see a high level of engagement. It will definitely help drive inbound traffic, build brand awareness, and come up with creative solutions.

I am impressed with their high level of engagement and desire to work as an extension of our team. Their eagerness to test and implement different approaches, helping with anything that’s in Belkins’ power (for instance, Belkins helped with researching people for recruitment during the phase of Born & Bred’s extreme growth.)

None that I can think of. We’re working on structuring our LinkedIn engagement process.

Flextime needed to broaden our client base by reaching more potential decision makers with marketing and mission messaging. Many of these contacts are difficult to identify as to names and contact information so we needed assistance in achieving this goal
SOLUTION
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Belkins because of their reputation and experience in providing the kind of marketing support we needed.

The project required open and honest exchanges so as to develop the most effective message possible to be used in an email marketing campaign to get our message out. As the project progressed we made adjustments together to increase effectiveness. As it continued we identified and developed a large and viable volume of contacts...many of which have led to new business.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
We provided Belkins a large group of potential corporate targets on which to focus and they in turn identified a substantial number of contact targets that were not on our radar. Once these contact was made in both cases and we received positive responses from many of them it was my role to reach out personally to them....field questions, determine interest and proceed to Contract/Agreement phase.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
The major result was the increase in the number of contracts between Flextime Nurses and Healthcare Providers. This was the measure of success for us.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I would describe the workflow process as very effective. Belkins was very responsive to us and were also responsive to them. It was an excellent working relationship.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In addition to the working relationship and communications, Belkins provided us with excellent data and analytics which enabled us to measure the effectiveness of both our efforts. It was a partnership relationship.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Anything that need improvement or additional focus was dealt with effectively during the course of the engagement. I can suggest nothing further.
