We wanted to expand our target audience reach with a new potential customer base of companies that we had never closely engaged with before. Our organization ran two campaigns with Belkins. For one of the campaigns during a three-month pilot project, they delivered 40 calls, which was higher than the original commitment requested and surpassed our expectations. Belkins experts helped us get our foot in the door with these new potential leads. Their email campaigns also helped boost brand awareness for the company. Our second campaign was also a success. We had recently launched a new program, and the purpose of our email campaign was to engage early-bird pilot partners. The Belkins team scheduled calls with 10,000+ employee size organizations, which brought us a lot of great conversations that are actively moving forward.

We interviewed a number of other vendors and were most impressed with Belkins. When we first met with them the appointment-setting process was explained to us in the most convenient and understandable way so that we were sure that it would be a success from the very beginning.

We have been working with them for more than 6 months. We have a variety of solutions and offerings and Belkins is conducting outreach efforts for several of them. For each group, we have a seperate team, and the process is arranged in a very simple way.
Our Account Manager, as well as SDRs, are professional and responsive. The team created a Playbook to store all of the information for the project so that all of the stakeholders as well as from each group have easy access to the leads, reports, and appointment lists. T
he team has a very quick turnaround and can easily adjust and try new approaches.
