I'm one of the founders of the company BAUI Automation. We supply a complete product series that provides user-friendly automation solutions for our customers.

We needed a new and modernized website to show our clients, as our old one was very outdated and wasn't very appealing for our prospective clients

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found out about them through a referral, and it so happens that we have shared experiences with the CEO and Co-founder, as we live in the same area.

First they met with us to talk about our needs, and what we thought was necessary for a successful project. We needed a website that is modern and can be viewed both on computers and smartphones so that people who visit won't have to zoom in manually. We were told that this may cause problems also since Google will not favor us over a competitor who has a visually and technically-sound website. They developed a website using WordPress, which made it very easy for us since we didn't have to code to update our website's information. Today they are still very helpful when it comes to simple questions, and are very understanding of our company's simple questions years after the project completion.

We worked with Lance, the CEO and a co-founder of the company Also with Pyke Elman, the previous Web Developer of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We found great convenience and comfort working with them, as they were experts. They guided us and presented information and was very considerate of our lack in technical knowledge in creating websites. They made things easy for us, but we weren't completely in the dark.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very smooth. They asked questions that they needed to know and did things that we wanted done. They also helped us in thinking of the copywriting of the website and the ideal content we should have in the website so that it represents us and our company's entirety.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working with Lance and his team has been a very simple process, as we were very clear that we are not internet-savvy people. He understood this and guided us in layman's terms what was needed from us, what he and his team was doing, and why. We appreciate that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the 2nd week, there was a delay on the website's design, but they easily made up for it by streamlining the development process. In the end, the project was delivered exactly on time.

We hired this firm to develop a website for one of our existing clients. We do not have an in house development team, but we do offer creative services for web design.

We chose coffee digital after referral from some other associates. They have a good track record with some colleagues and we needed someone who could assure quick development.

We had a meeting to discuss the project brief. Details and requirements given by our local government's regulatory body on government websites. One requirement was that wordpress be used as the platform for development, which coffee digital would be able to produce for us.

 Given as the DICT gave us strict requirements to follow, wireframes were already in place for the layout of the site. All we needed was coffee digital's help in producing the sitemap, and we gathered client info for coffee digital to transcribe into the website.

We worked with their head developer and head artist.

They were able to produce the website within the deadline and they were able to follow the DICT's strict parameters for design and layout.

Most communication was done through messenger applications and email. Regular status updates on the development of the site was given even without being asked for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They turned over update reports regularly with seldom need for revisions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that comes to mind.

What were your goals for this project?

We are working with Coffee Digital Marketing Studio to reach to a number of audience that could be consumers of our products. We also want to have consistent and appealing posts of our products in Facebook and Instagram.

We searched for digital marketing studios in Cavite and happened to come across Coffee Digital Marketing. We checked their website and facebook page to know about the services they offer. After talking to them about the plans they have for our business, we decided to give it a try.

They developed a social media marketing plan for us after we discussed our goals for our business. They also provide photo and video shooting of our products for social media posts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Facebook page and Instagram account started to have more consistent posts and uniform graphic design. They have provided us videos and photos of our products that appeal to our audience. We also started to get more inquiries on our facebook page.

Their team listen to what we want to happen with our posts. They consult our team with their plans and we work together with our ideas until we figure out a final decision on a certain goal.

They offer us new ideas and make sure that what we want others to see for our business are delivered. Their team knows what they’re doing and they communicate well with ours. They see through our goals and assess where we lack and how we can improve effectively.

we want to market our store well in the area because more and more competitors are opening and we did not want to lose our current clients. We even want more.

We wanted more customers while also posting about our quality service and how reliable we are because we are one of the first, if not the very first replacement parts and repairs retail store in the area.

One of Coffee Digital's members approached us and offered their service. They showed us that there is opportunity in marketing our store because our competitors do not do so. We think it would be a good advantage so we decided to try Facebook Marketing.

They plan what we will post, they come to take pictures, and advertise us on Facebook. They gave us an idea that since we have good relationships with 35 years old and older, that we can target newer generations by branding our business as reliable and is a go-to in our area. That paired with modern content that would appeal to younger people. Retail is about relationships and Coffee Digital makes sure that we look our best for the customers we want online.

What was the team composition?

Their office is nearby so we normally see 2 or 3 people who would come to greet us and take pictures. When there are big repairs, we can easily call them to take a few pictures.

They are good at editing pictures and graphic design so they make naturally taken photos look good. Our sales improved greatly and we are surprised with the online inquiries they bring. Some clients tell us they discovered us through our Facebook Page and it would usually be a 25-30 year old customer. Their plan worked to appeal to younger people.

They are easy to talk to and act fast. They are very nearby so we can just call them and they would arrive shortly since we are on the same building.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are very impressed on how good their results are. They said that their work will attract the younger generation, and they did it. Their posts have good results too because our sales have improved.

None. Their service is good, fast, and simple.

We've done regular meetings with them, and they were a good team to work with. They were energetic and eager to know more about us, they even learned about our future plans. Meetings were them were more personable and open.

They've delivered on their conditions and even gave us more insight on Digital Marketing as a whole. They were happy to let us know a brief background of Digital Marketing so that we were all clear on how things work and why we need to provide details to a certain level, so that we have a good start on SEO.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Meetings with them are very loose and casual. With them, we did not really mind longer meetings because they were happy to teach us a certain level of Digital Marketing so that we were all in the same page when we decide to put out information. They also explained about modern design, and the importance of clean but functional website design with the balance of abundant information.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their proposal. Along with providing a great price, they were exceptionally detailed on their presentation compared to the other ones we've received.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They explain a lot. We ourselves do not think it is a problem, but we think not everyone would place importance on details and just want their requirements met.

We've been facing issues in our positioning. As the area where our business is located started to develop, more and more competitors have been establishing their locations. We decided that Facebook Marketing and Social Branding can help our business. In an area where competitors are close to one another, we've decided it's best to invest in a Brand Image.

Knowing a person from a close relationship, we've decided to ask the representative from Coffee Digital to give us a brief about their packages and scope of work.

We found it to be quite an adjustment at first, as we were in an industry where the idea of a brand is not that common. We have next to no experience when it comes to branding and design, and had some questions especially since we had no idea to the function the designs, themes, and strategies they would do. They explained how Facebook Advertising works and functions of designs. They were kind enough to give us brand colors and visual guides. We were and still are happy with what they provide. Compared to our sales before their Social Media Marketing, we've increased sales.

What was the team composition?

They are a team of more or less 5 people, and they share many hats. However, each has his/her own specialty when it comes to complex work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were and still are happy with what they provide. Compared to our sales before their Social Media Marketing, we've increased sales by around 25%. A lot of our new customers have expressed that they came from Facebook. Despite not memorizing our increase in foot traffic and engagement, i can at least say that our authority in our local area has greatly improved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We leave it to them. They are however still mindful enough to let us know about their plans and artworks to be posted and advertise. I have no complaints with their ideas and work, and we are at a point that almost always, all we do is answer inquiries.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are fluid, fast, and driven. They have a saying that goes "as long as we're awake, which is most of the day, you can reach us." They adjust easily and have a way of handling things such as sudden requirements. They are honest and not afraid to ask or confirm details they might have missed, and that is why their output is very close to what we envisioned. They truly make us feel that they are on our side and have our interests in mind. They adjust and move fast.

As far as our Social Media Marketing goes, nothing much.
