Bato developped a projet for one of our clients. This project was an extranet to help clients to have information about theirs contracts

I work with BATO for a long time. I chose them for this project because of their expertise, cost and reactivity

They had to develop front and back end. We have provided wireframe, specifications and design (front and back).

we have 2 projects manager and the manager

Our customer was very grateful for the result and on-time delivery.

We had a weekly standup. We can check preprod URL and followed development. The recip document was a google sheet.

Reactivity and quality of developments

There were some minors problems but mainly because of us. Some missunderstadings.

We started a web agency, providing SEO and hosting services in Europe. We needed a website to start business and get leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a reference from my previous business partner, who was really satisfied with the sites that Bato did for him.

The website creation started from scratch. I had couple of refs I liked. Bato team provided me with concept, wireframes, and development of the custom website for us. The only thing that I had to look for elsewhere were graphic design for styles and some icons.

It was CEO, business development manger/project manager and designer. I never were in touch with devs or QA, it was all on PM's charge.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website is still not live as we are finishing SEO setup, which is on our site. I am completely happy with pretty much everything and enthusiastic to build a new website for another branch of our activity.

Timeline and budget were respected completely. We had constant communication in Slack channel dedicated for my project. They informed me about the stages of my project during the whole development process via chat or google meets.

Their code is really clean and they do not waste time for customizing ready solutions. They do them from scratch but still really fast and effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything is fine.

We hire Bato to produce Wordpress development

We were happy to work with Bato Web Agency because they are organized and have excellent project managers.

We produced mockups and final design so bato can give their quote and then they start the development, ounce the demo is ready we organise QA to finally push the project to production

The result is what we expect : a good wordpress website, responsive, well coded and that apply our standards

They focus on planning to make sure deliveries are ok. they adapt to our project management tools (slack, gitlab, etc .. )

They were happy to work with us , adapt some of their methods to ours to make the job easier.

I think they were looking for a QA profile to have a even better delivery result
