Please describe your company and your position there.

I purchased the Concord Acton Squash Club in November of 2021 and am the sole proprietor of the business. We are the best squash club west of Boston, with 5 singles and a doubles court.

The Concord Acton Squash Club was a 4 decade old, venerable squash club in Acton MA. With a new owner, we needed a fresh approach. Harry Bartlett and team were involved with me in creating our 'go forward' business plan, and then engaged for contract on our branding and digital marketing strategic plan and digital marketing execution.

How did you select Bartlett Interactive and what were the deciding factors?

Bartlett Interactive understands small businesses and have great coaching and design skills for a first time owner of a company. I've worked decades in corporate / technology running sales and marketing teams, and Harry's team embodied everything I value: Subject Matter Expertise, Intuition, Speed, Results Orientation, Humor.

We needed to re-cast a tired brand (CASC) with little digital presence, into a cool brand that embodied our new strategic market approach. The stages: Business Plan; Harry was an excellent coach for me as i came up with 'hair on fire' ideas. We settled on a point business plan. Contemporary Branding to fit the vision / business plan. ting is running over. Digital marketing - engaging members with mail chimp and with personal email.  New signage - update the on-premise signage and facility in general. On going coaching - Harry and team remain a coach for me in the business.

Perhaps many, but I interfaced w two: Harry Bartlett as executive and one of his workers as project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Membership is up 75% in 5 months. Revenues are up 100% yoy. Buzz factor is high; website and phone inquiries are regular occurrences.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very. Speed, efficiency, value. Harry's team was awesome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bartlett Interactive is innately consultative; They listened well and added value efficiently.

We are an Architectural Firm and my role with the firm is a Project Manager and part of my role is working on the marketing aspect of the firm.

To rebrand our office and to redo our website.

Was recommended to us by other people and they are also local.

Bartlett created a new logo/rebrand for our office. They also designed a new website working with us on how we wanted to present our office. We had a tight deadline coordinating the new website with other marketing opportunities and Bartlett Interactive worked closely with us to meet that deadline.

We did most of the uploading of content but we had a series of questions and Bartlett was responsive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We met the deadline and since the website launch we have had nothing but great feedback from our clients and others.

Pretty effective. The process was quick.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We looked at their other websites they have done and they looked quite nice. They are a small company like us and they can recommended by people we know.

Not at this time.

I’m the marketing director for B&V Testing and Certco, a Cantel service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bartlett Interactive?

I needed to revamp a website that was quite out of date.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bartlett Interactive assists me with numerous projects. They lead the design, development, and updating of two corporate websites. We provide a complex service so we require more than a cut-and-paste job. They do a lot of customization with input from my team. Our technical experts led copywriting. Bartlett Interactive also does design work for our marketing pieces.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with 3–4 account managers, including Emily (Project Manager & Marketing Specialist, Bartlett Interactive). 

How did you come to work with Bartlett Interactive?

They were referred and came highly recommended by an associate of mine.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve probably spent about $50,000 to date.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started a year ago, and we’re currently working on several projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve launched the Certco website, and the B&V website will be launched within the next 60 days. Bartlett Interactive helped us to refresh our brand, which has been extremely helpful and definitely needed. Our clients have noticed and remarked on how the new Certco site makes it easier to gain access to us. They came in at the design phase and are great at making recommendations. They organize information and help me figure out what we need and what we don't need. Bartlett Interactive is with me every step of the way from concept to implementation. 

How did Bartlett Interactive perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their team is excellent. We communicate weekly. They’re so good at working with our schedule. It can be frustrating because we had to stop and start. Emily is patient and so responsive. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Bartlett Interactive has amazing client service and a forward-facing approach. They're small, nimble, and creative. I sometimes come at them with off-the-wall questions. They're always willing to find a solution. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No, not at this time. That’s why I'm continuing to use them on other projects.

Hire them. You won't regret working with them.

Bartlett Interactive has helped our company with multiple projects including analysis of websites with formal write-ups, as well as reconstruction of a SQL data dump. Bartlett has an excellent understanding of data systems, website building and much more. Very well capable of complex computer needs.

Interviewed companies over the phone.

First, Bartlett audited all available materials, information and websites and provided a formal report in both computer and lay terms. Our companies worked back and forth to make sure every aspect of our needs were met.

We worked with many team members including a Principal, Harry Bartlett. They looked over the project as a team, and tasked parts.
