I wanted a platform that could host multiple games, manage player accounts, and offer loyalty perks, all in one place. What made this challenging was blending complex backend mechanics with a sleek, intuitive UI.

I found Idea Usher through a blog post and approached and explained my concept. From there they handled the entire development process from scratch, designing native iOS and Android apps, creating a robust backend, and building a management portal for tracking player data, rewards, and in-app performance.

Some of the must-have features included secure sign-ups, wallet integration, leaderboards, multi-game support, push notifications, and real-time loyalty point tracking. We came to Idea Usher with a messy idea. We wanted to build something that was not just another karaoke app, we were thinking of social feeds, reactions, duets, live singing, followers, real-time audio syncing, everything. The goal was to make music creation feel fun, social, and super interactive, all on our mobile application.

Our project was not that simple. It needed real-time recording, high-quality audio playback, smooth UI/UX, and a backend that could actually handle people singing, uploading, reacting, and connecting in real time, without things crashing or sounding off.

Idea Usher took all of that and somehow turned it into a wonderful working product, just as we were imagining it. They didn’t just code what we asked for, they helped us figure out the flow, the experience, even the branding. They built everything from scratch: the mobile apps, backend, admin panel, and even helped guide us through licensing concerns around music and streaming. And they did all of this while keeping both Android and iOS in sync.

When we launched the MVP, we were not expecting the kind of early traction we got. Over 5000 users joined in the first couple of months, with thousands of karaoke tracks uploaded, mostly from organic reach. That told us people were not just curious, they were having fun and sticking around the application.

What really stood out was how long people were staying in the app. Session times were higher than we expected, and users were actively exploring features, connecting, and engaging. And best of all, users kept telling us the audio syncing “works really well” which, for a karaoke app, is everything.

Project management was solid throughout the development process. We had weekly check-ins, and the team always kept us updated on progress. Our project manager was especially very helpful, she made sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.

Even when we had to change directions midway, the team stayed calm and adjusted without any complaints. If something went wrong or a tool caused problems, they took full ownership, fixed it quickly, and kept us updated. There was no blame game, just honest communication and fast action. It really felt like they were fully invested in the project and cared about getting it right.

I hired Idea Usher to build a weather forecasting app unlike anything available on the app store. The goal was to go beyond basic forecasts and let users actually visualize real-time weather conditions through 3D animations, weather tracking, environmental updates, etc.

From the start, they helped me plan every part of the app, from the design flow and feature list to the user journey and how we’d source and display weather data in real-time. They managed everything, including design, development, weather API integration, and deployment on both ios and android.

Animations and globe-trotting features were the most critical part of the app, and they did an amazing job. Even after launch, they continued to support with bug fixes and minor changes.

Frankly, I believe it is the best weather app out there. It has lots of interactive features, provides alerts, weather updates, environmental updates, disaster alerts and so much more. My concern was that so much data may be overwhelming for the user, but the design team did a fantastic job.

I worked with Namisha, and she was very easy to work with. I sometimes had calls with her that lasted several hours, during which we would brainstorm various ideas and review all the available APIs. They always kept me updated with everything that was happening on the project.

Idea Usher has successfully created our MVP and quickly gotten it into the iOS App Store. Currently, the app has 300 downloads and a 4.8 rating. Overall, Idea Usher’s work has met our expectations. They have done great.

Idea Usher has delivered the work on time and on budget and communicated well with us. We communicate and collaborate using Figma, Slack, and monday.com. We also do Zoom meetings.

Goal was to design, develop and deploy an AI-based predictive maintenance solution to reduce unplanned downtime and improve production efficiency in the main manufacturing plant. It involved a thorough understanding of the critical machines and the manufacturing process. The created the complete project plan and mapped the sensors that were required for the input. They then connected sensors to IOT devices that streamed data to the cloud. 
The most critical part was creating and training the machine learning models for anomaly detection. Thereafter they even created a dashboard where our team can login and access all the data and the predictions.

The maintenance cost has gone down considerably, we get instant feedback when there are anomalies in the data. The time for identifying the problem and root cause analysis has also gone down drastically, We get real time visibility of all the machines and are also able to predict machine failures much better. 

Overall, it has led to a considerable increase in both plant and employee efficiency.

We really liked how they took time to understand our processes, especially keeping in mind that they come from an IT background. Their IOT engineer visited the plant several times and sat down with the mangers to identify the key problems and create the project blueprint. 
They had weekly meetings where they showcased the progress they had made. They also rigorously tested the system and ensured that optimum results were being achieved. The project was done in around 8 months, and I was pleasantly surprised.

The best part was that they took time to understand our manufacturing processes. They didn't hurry the entire process. They scheduled their engineer visit during weekdays which caused a little downtime during the development process, if it was done on a weekend or after hours, it would have been better.
