The scope of work covered everything we needed to launch our digital presence for our healthcare brands at scale. The team built several brand stores plus a dedicated B2B shop, all managed from one central portal.

They didn’t just set up standard Shopify stores - the storefronts were fully custom-designed to give our customers a premium shopping experience. For our business buyers, they also created a separate gated B2B portal, which was exactly what we needed.

On the content side, they gave our marketing team a CMS with real flexibility. With Contentful, we can now build pages ourselves, preview them instantly, and edit text right on the page - no developer involvement required.

Checkout was another big area. The out-of-the-box Shopify Plus checkout wasn’t enough for our compliance needs, so the team worked with us for weeks to tailor every detail.

Lastly, they put a strong focus on SEO from day one. They ran detailed audits and implemented technical optimizations to make sure we had the right foundation before launch.

What impressed us most was how deeply they understood both the technical side and the business side of our project. Dmytro and his team didn’t just execute tasks — they asked the right questions, challenged our assumptions, and made sure the solutions worked across departments.

Another unique aspect was their ability to combine premium design, complex B2B requirements, and strict compliance needs. They also gave our content team real independence with the CMS, which was a huge win.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration. The only area for improvement would be to have more proactive reporting dashboards so that all stakeholders could see progress without needing meetings.

B2X Software built us a custom website with lots of content, animations, and smooth transitions. They integrated it with Sanity CMS which makes adding content really straightforward - the content models are well organized and easy to use.

The site loads super fast thanks to their SSG setup with ISR. Infrastructure costs are basically free right now which is great value for the quality we got. They also gave us SEO recommendations and our Google Lighthouse scores look really good.

Overall solid work - fast website, easy to manage content, and great performance metrics.

The website performance is really outstanding - the animations and transitions look professional, and the site loads incredibly fast. But what's unique is they managed to set up the infrastructure so it's essentially free to run right now, which is rare for this level of quality.

Their approach to performance optimization stood out too - achieving excellent Google Lighthouse scores while maintaining all the visual elements and animations isn't easy, but they pulled it off seamlessly.

They also customized the checkout experience and integrated the logistics partner via a custom API for automated 3PL fulfillment. Additionally, they set up Klaviyo for email marketing automation.

The launch of the new Shopify store had a clear and immediate impact on the client's business. The conversion rates are fair enough - around 1.5%.
