Complete design, build and day-to-day management of website, ensuring quality and functionality with monthly reviews of key metrics. Developing a marketing strategy and executing on multiple platforms with continous review and repsonse to ensure maximal engagement and conversion of target audience.

Regular dashboard / business center reports highlighting effectiveness of advertising campaign, social media awarenss and conversion to clients registering.

Brian is incredibly responsive and hands-on. He pushed me to think more clearly about the branding of the company and it's mission even before we got started. He has been a thoughtful, experienced and flexible voice throughout our workign relationship. On a daily basis he goes above and beyond, even to the point of helping outside his scope of work (who else will help you physically set up your open house, respond to messages at all hours of the day and offer encouragement along the way?)

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a personal training business called Truman Griffin Fitness LLC. I also run the day-to-day operations of the business.

What challenge were you trying to address with B. McGuire Designs?

I wanted to integrate my calendar on our business website so that I could have clients book appointments online. I also wanted to update the features of the site and improve its UX.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After figuring out together what we needed for my website, B. McGuire Designs immediately started with the work, implementing various features to the site. One of the core features they added was a booking plug-in that allowed our clients to create their own accounts on the site and set an appointment. The team also included a feature that enables users to purchase our merchandise online. The site was built with WordPress.

B. McGuire Designs has already completed the website. Currently, they’re helping us market our website and make sure that it's performing well. They also manage our site’s SEO to make sure that we rank high on Google search results.

I work with the owner of the company, Brian (Owner).

How did you come to work with B. McGuire Designs?

Brian is a good friend of mine, and he was the one who actually reached out to me, asking if I considered building a website.

We’ve spent around $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website has been getting several hundred more views a month than it used to, which is really exciting.

How did B. McGuire Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done an incredible job in this regard. Brian always meets the deadlines — in fact, he delivers outputs ahead of schedule. We’ve also stayed within budget. For communication, we interact through email, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very impressed with their ability to personalize the services that they provide. Not only has Brian taken and turned our idea into what we want, but he also added his own input to deliver an even better product. Moreover, he’s nice, responsive, and communicates very well, making him an easy partner to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I can’t think of anything.

Tell them exactly what you want, and let them know that you’re open to any new ideas they think of along the way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having not had a website for a while, this vendor reached out to us with a proposed website and it had everything I needed to take my business to the next level. The deciding factors were the quick speed at which it would be completed, and the high quality product that we knew the vendor was providing.

Within hours of agreeing to the project, B. McGuire Designs had a site for me to look at. They added several great additions including the options for my clients to purchase gift cards through the site, which has added revenue for me. He also implemented an apparel store where I could sell merchandise. Most recently, we have connected google calendar to the site so clients can book directly online.

Having never had a business website before, I was thinking I would get something basic, but B. McGuire designs surpassed all my expectations and I am extremely happy with how professional and great the site is.

Very effective. B. McGuire communicates in a very courteous and timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The customer service is fantastic. Also, B. McGuire Designs has a great eye for including marketing strategies to improve a business. We frequently have collaborated on several ideas, such as their idea to sell apparel, and have worked to design T-Shirts for my business. I couldn't be more grateful for the time they have invested in this site for my business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I have been 100% happy with everything while working with B. Mcguire Designs.

I am a co-owner of a counseling group private practice. We provide individual, family, and couples counseling for all ages on all issues.

Our website was close to 20 years old and was outdated and not functioning the way we needed it to. We also did not have the tech expertise to handle the self-build model without some guidance and we weren’t able to get that from the previous service.

I selected B.McGuire Designs because I had seen examples of the designs they had completed for other businesses and it seemed simple enough and affordable enough for our small business.

When it became apparent that we did not have the experience or expertise to handle the project alone, they gave loaded our template for us to use and helped us make adjustments as needed.

The website turned out so beautifully. We have had reports that a lot of our new business came directly after viewing our website.

Brian responded promptly to our requests for services or assistance and answered any questions and provided guidance swiftly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed with the personal attention they gave us as a small business and their suggestions and guidance. I also liked that they had tiers of billing options and service options so we could find the one that fit our needs best.

Everything was perfect. I can not think of anything that could have been improved!

The team is extremely responsive, easy to work with, and cost-conscious. They provided helpful suggestions along the way that will continue to build my business brand. Becoming a client for ongoing business site care provides access to additional business tools I had not expected. This further increased the value of the business relationship.

The webiste was created very quickly and Brian responded quickly to suggested edits and additions.

There's nothing they could do differently.

Our we. Was outdated and we have limited staff so we chose this firm to handle our needs.

BMcwuire Designs is locally owned and right in our neighborhood. We love supporting local businesses.

It was very simple and most of it was done online as this was still during pre vaccine covid. BMsguite would send links to approve, comment, update. The process was simple and a joy.

We worked directly with the owner. Very smooth process, zero kinks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We receive online reservations now which we never did before. Our online ordering presence increased and this provided easy ordering solutions during covid.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was 100% flawless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The owner handled our project personally and worked 7 days. Many companies are Monday -Fri. BMcquire was determined to launch our new design before the Super Bowl in early Feb. He beat the deadline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I must say the only improvement is for us to use more of the innovative tools, templates, etc they offered us. We need to be more tech davy, but BMcquire is still there to hold my non tech hand as needed.
