I believe the requests for payments were a little aggressive and the withholding of passwords implying that we wouldn't pay was not reflective of the relationship at all. I really found the dynamic changed in the last few communications and I would suggest a less aggressive manner would help them with future business. 

We were also given false information about email accounts and G-suite which could have been potentially costly for our business but thankfully figured out the correct information independently.

Daniel took the time to fully understand my vision before proceeding with the development of my website. I allowed him to be creative and make executive decisions on the website outcome.

Pre-start — it's not their fault. I should have prepared myself for it, looking at what I would need to have. I just didn't know what a website creation implies in hours of work/time consuming/preparation. We had some delays at the start because I wasn' ready and was juggling between work and trying to get the creation of the website starting.
