The designers were able to implement a user-friendly design. The design allows us to easily and quickly update our programs and services. Our clients can find the information they need.

We appreciated they patience as they allowed us n abundance time to review each stage of the design and collect feedback from our employees and stakeholders.

Daniel took the time to fully understand my vision before proceeding with the development of my website. I allowed him to be creative and make executive decisions on the website outcome.

Pre-start — it's not their fault. I should have prepared myself for it, looking at what I would need to have. I just didn't know what a website creation implies in hours of work/time consuming/preparation. We had some delays at the start because I wasn' ready and was juggling between work and trying to get the creation of the website starting.

Amongst the 5 companies we sent a request for a meeting, Azuro responded in less than 24 hours and immediately booked a meeting to discuss. First impression gathered was the mastery of their craft, the ability to anticipate on our wants and needs and the courage to ask tough questions on our project.

The project we had was started with another digital company. When we met with this company, a decision was made to begin from scratch. We had a few discovery meetings, stressing on the most pressing needs we had.

As our business extend and has connection in many countries, we needed to work on version 1 of the site - a prototype to use to advertise and allow investors and prospects clients to invest in our business.

Daniel has developed a project plan, based on our discussions and a strategic document with had share with him. The project plan included milestones, key deliverables and each parties responsibilities for the project success.

Azuro teams has delivered a good product for the first release. the current website meets our requirements to launch it across the web.

We had setup a process to communicate and ensure minimum disruption of the workflow. We setup a virtual environment where documents, ideas, process review, ongoing feedback and project development testing results were shared. We also establish routing videoconference to review in live mode, the project development and have the opportunity to request some changes immediately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With this company, I was able to book a meeting on short notice and have meeting to discuss concerns. We also were amaze to discuss with developer while site was being developed. Real time change to the work being done.

We are looking forward to building a long-term partnership with Azuro Digital. For the time being, we are very satisfied. Nothing major to suggest for the time being.
