For what projects/services did your company hire Azantic?

We have had a working website but needed to get a website that looks better, works faster and converts more visitors into paying customers.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our website to help convince visitors to call us but also for it to look good and professional, so we can focus on building a brand.

How did you select this vendor?

Azantic was recommended to me by a friend. We got on a meeting and it was clear that Raf and the team are a much better fit than any other developer/agency we have spoken to. They gave us a lot of value on the meeting itself so it was a no brainer to work with them.

On our meeting we went through what we already had and what we want and need. Then we had discussion on how this new website will help us build a brand and how it can generate more leads. After this stage, I decided that I want to work with Azantic and after a very short time we’ve got a first draft for the review. It was already working great on all devices (mobile, tablets etc.) and we only needed to make a few little changes. After that, we published the site.

I have only spoken to the project manager but I am sure there was at least one designer and one developer working on this project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I don’t want to share exact data publicly for obvious reasons but I can tell that we have seen an immediate increase in calls booked and after the project was done Raf shared more online marketing tips and that helped us drive even more traffic to this site.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very good. I knew what was going on at all times but also I was not flooded with emails/messages.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They always presented data behind the things they said and I have not seen this good level of communication and professionalism in the industry.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think it would be great if they shared the knowledge on their website more.

What challenge were you trying to address with Azantic?

I had some problems with my WordPress site slowing down, and not allowing me to do anything from the backend.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, I explained the issues I was having. Then, they did a complex investigation inside the framework to find the programming issues. Next, they attached some plug-ins to make the video work for my students, as well as the email marketing tools regarding integration. Finally, they fixed the issue with the hosting services.

We've invested $120. It was $60 per hour for two hours.

Everything was done quickly and perfectly. I didn’t expect it to be so fast. I couldn’t imagine better service.
