We brought on Awesome Dynamic to help us with the e-commerce side of our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Awesome Dynamic currently focuses on our Amazon business. They help us with our listings, advertising, and product development. Our Amazon account was already up and running, and we had a previous consultant doing what Awesome Dynamic does for us. Most of our listings were already optimized, and Awesome Dynamic came in and made some tweaks and enhancements.

We initially brought Awesome Dynamic on for our Walmart account. They gained our trust, and we developed a relationship. Over the months, we’ve given them more and more responsibilities.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with about three teammates from Awesome Dynamic. Tim is in charge of advertising. Janet is the account manager, and Katie is the project manager. Janet assigns the tasks, while Katie does all the tasks.

I found them online. We've dealt with several consultants and agencies similar to Awesome Dynamic in the past. Therefore, we already had a feel for who we were, what our needs were, and what kind of relationship we were looking for. We felt that Awesome Dynamic provided that.

Awesome Dynamic tailors their services to our needs. Overall, we've seen great results.

How did Awesome Dynamic perform from a project management standpoint?

Awesome Dynamic always delivers on time. They have timely communication, so we always know what’s happening and why. Moreover, they underpromise and overdeliver.

We’re a hands-on company, and we prefer to have weekly meetings and daily contact. We get daily updates from Awesome Dynamic, letting us know what tasks they’ve accomplished. In our weekly meetings, we discuss our priorities for the week and our future goals. Their advertising team is also in that meeting, and they have deliverables as far as advertising is concerned.

We love them all.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Awesome Dynamic educates us and helps us understand our business. With other consultants, we didn’t understand our business. Awesome Dynamic teaches us.

We needed support with our Amazon sales and advertising. Our company's owner brought me in to help with Amazon sales, and I found a local vendor that provided support and consulting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Awesome Dynamic offered Amazon sales consulting and advertising. The team initially laid out a program outlining necessary steps to improve our Amazon sales, including eliminating bad reviews and updating photos and product descriptions. We basically started from the ground up. 

The team was responsible for managing our Amazon account, ensuring we didn't have unread messages, resolving shipping issues, and managing Amazon claims from users. The team sent us an email when we needed to check something particular about our account. Awesome Dynamic also helped us with our SEO, including keyword research and writing product descriptions according to SEO strategy.

The team assigned a lead contact to our account, and we always reached out to the same teammate who assigned work to the other teammates, depending on our needs. We worked with three team members in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Awesome Dynamic in 2015, and our last engagement was in the fall of 2023. Although we don't have an active engagement, we contact them for specific needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our overall sales grew from $300,000 to over $35 million thanks to Awesome Dynamic's work. We hit the $1 million sales mark within a year. It was cool to see Awesome Dynamic grow over the years. I had the opportunity to meet Timothy and Paul (Founder) at a housewares show in Chicago, where I met four team members from Amazon who had nothing but good things to say about Awesome Dynamic. 

How did Awesome Dynamic perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever we had a question or issue, we contacted our project manager via cell phone. We had a direct line to deal with any questions, which was great. We also communicated through emails and occasionally via Zoom meetings.

Timothy (Senior Amazon Consultant) was very organized. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Awesome Dynamic could do as much or as little as we needed. I liked we could pick our service and engage with Awesome Dynamic for specific needs instead of requiring a long-term engagement like other service providers ask. While other companies charged a monthly fee regardless of the services provided and asked for 3%–5% of the client's sales, Awesome Dynamic tailored their services to our needs. The team was hands-on and taught us about Amazon sales — it was great finding Awesome Dynamic.

I can't find anything Awesome Dynamic could improve.

I suggest believing in Awesome Dynamic's suggestions and following their recommendations because they'll lead you down the right path. Trust the team, and you will see results in your Amazon sales.

Awesome Dynamic has gotten us over 20,000/month in reimbursements from our e-commerce platforms as well as develop new items and and fight cases to keep our growth going. 2023 was 60%YOY over 2022 and 2024 is trending to be 30% over 2023

The performance continues to improve. Our ROAS continues to beat our 7.0 target, and revenues have grown over 2x so far. Growth has been steady since month one.

This is both ongoing and when issues are discovered in business reviews.
