Autuskey Private Limited was engaged for a comprehensive project with the potential for multiple sub-projects upon successful completion. The primary focus was on integrating four distinct WordPress websites into a single unified platform with a shared database. This involved:

• Merging the websites
• Establishing centralized content and user data management
• Ensuring seamless communication between the integrated website and various servers

Additionally, Autuskey developed functionality to dynamically display region-specific content based on users' IP addresses, implementing IP-based landing pages for a multi-linguistic experience. They also created REST API endpoints to enable the website to function as an API ensuring smooth data exchange and enhancing the overall user experience. Throughout the project, Autuskey excelled in:

For a management institute, it is important to have a platform that would be the tool for programme management and connect between all stakeholders – administration team, students, parents, faculty and uniquely in our case, the partnering training companies. We had explored various readily available tools, but then decided to embark on developing our own, customized platform via Autuskey, who was already managing our website. 

The entire Autuskey team, headed by Shruti and Abhishek, were a delight to work with. They went into every possible detail to understand our processes and requirements. With this understanding, within 6 months of 2018, they developed a tool that was completely user-friendly for our requirements. 2019 was the year of testing, improvisations and fine-tuning all the development angles, and we were absolutely satisfied with our new digital baby to play with! 

Little did we realize that we had come just-in-time to face the onslaught of the pandemic, when admissions and teaching completely migrated to an online platform. The Autuskey team took customer delight to the next level, being with us through day and night of the process, supporting every student, faculty and administration requirement. 

Their timeliness, accuracy and dedication were at the optimum. I am yet to come across an external resource, who can take on so much accountability in delivering a project as well as consistent after-support. I would strongly recommend Shruti, as the founder of the Autuskey team for her perfect contribution, to any future professional assignment.

Scope of work was around building a front end around a Wordpress site with a full custom backend that involves managing numerous customer details, multiple plugins + custom systems, payment processing, and marketing efforts. Very high level overview was provided upfront and Autuskey built a full roadmap in ClickUp to define each stage + deliverables. Each deliverable was met along with numerous unseen deliverable that, we the customer, did not even think of. In the end, we have a completed project that has evolved multiple times and is still supported by the Autuskey team with monthly deliverable at an incredibly quick speed/support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ClickUp was used to monitor all aspect of the project. Each milesone had a completion date with verification from us to confirm it was completed. All milestones were met on time even with extra requests from us.

All deliverable were met on time. Extras were included and would almost never extend the timeline. All requests were accepted with 100% support and initiative to complete on time. Even with numerous 1-off requests, all steps were recorded and managed with the absolute highest professionalism. This project was out of our knowledge base and couldn't have been handled any better by any other firm. Truly unbelievable.

The first impressive aspect was during the interview process. Autuskey went above and beyond in their research of what we requested and fully knew what was at hand. This single handedly gave us the trust we needed to start the project with them. It held true throughout the entire project and still continues to be true as we make continual updates to the project. This quality makes us forever grateful in finding Autuskey for our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Autuskey Private Limited could have done differently?

Honestly, there is only one aspect and it came from both sides very early on. There was about a week of communication lapse that left us questioning what was happening. We could have sent a message at any time but left them to do their work. This shouldn't be taken as a full area of improvement as it was mostly our doing as well. This has been discussed before this review and was during the discovery phase of our project. I can say that communication had been and still is a strong point outside of that one week in this month long project.
