Our partnership lasted from January 2016–January 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Atulsia Technologies met our expectations. We were trying a new business idea, so we needed creativity and did a lot of back and forths by meeting weekly. It was nice to work with a team that was listening and open to new ideas.

How did Atulsia Technologies Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Kailash was extremely flexible and creative; he always thought of new ways of doing things and accommodated our requirements.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked their great energy. They were easy to work with and accommodated many different moving parts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They sometimes with delivery times. They were only starting out at the time of our engagement, so the team had a hard time estimating how long something would take. As a result, the tasks ended up taking longer than they estimated.

Keep your requirements and timelines clear, and have regular check-ins with Atulsia to assess their progress.
