BACKGROUND

We are a medical clinic in Florida helping patients with intense pain. We use revolutionary methods to treat patients. I am the head physician and leader of the clinic.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

We needed an online marketing agency to help us generate leads through our website. We really needed help with lead generation, SEO [search engine optimization], social media marketing, and other digital services.

SOLUTION

They provided Facebook marketing and SEO primarily. They have been great about giving us little tweaks quickly on our site without charge. 

We found them online after having terrible luck with past vendors. These guys seemed more reputable. I started working with them about two years ago in 2012. We pay them on a monthly fee model. They rarely go above this pricing and scope.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

I have never been happy with a website, SEO, or social media marketing company. They all promise the stars, but underdeliver. We get from six to 22 new patients a month from GreatCircle Studios.

Their team is well organized and gets the job done efficiently. Jason [standard, CEO of GreatCircle Studios] will do whatever is needed and will work hand and hand with you along the way. I have never been with an Internet or Web-based company longer than six months until now.

They have produced a 10-to-1 return on investment. They are a huge part of our marketing efforts! Their service and attention to detail are hands down the best if have seen. 

I recommend moving forward with them. Set clear goals, work with the team and give them everything they need to succeed.

BACKGROUND

[We are a] market leading on-demand security awareness training provider that enables you to quickly resolve the increasingly urgent Internet security problem of cybercrime and social engineering. I am the CEO.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

We needed a new website in 2012, so we had to find a Web design and development firm. We had some possible names, but wanted to find the best fit and work with someone local.

SOLUTION

We hired GreatCircle Studios to design and develop our website using a WordPress template. It was a relatively simple job that probably took 50 hours maximum. They were responsible for adding content to the site and making sure everything was functional.

We found them by doing a formal bid process. We received three bids and chose them because they were closest to our office and seemed to have great experience. The project ended in 2012.

We actually plan to do a second iteration of our site soon. We will work with GreatCircle Studios on that project. They did a good job last time, so we want to engage them again.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

I am satisfied with how the site turned out. They helped us make changes after it was launched to improve functionality. There haven't been any major problems. We are happy with their performance. They also have the best rates. They had the lowest fee of all of the companies we talked to.

This was a pretty simple and straightforward job, but I think they can be trusted with larger projects. I have recommended them on various occasions.
