I own a travel agency based in Madrid, which I run for a while to book travel tours and excursions to fascinating places in north Africa.

We had a website that did not bring much clients, it was poorly designed and poorly advertised. We've been contacted by Mohamed to refresh the website and so the business model of the agency.

What were your goals for this project?

The project goal was to increase our brand awareness and to reach as many eyeballs as possible, which in turn should reflect positively to the number of orders we receive within a given year.

I'm the CEO of Rack Funnel, a leading Saas company headquartered in London.

We operate with staff of 17 employees and we serve international corporate clients i.e Europe, USA, Australia. we develop their digital products and help them make better services with our support.

It was primordial to hire a company that produces high quality video animations for explainer videos because we need to increase our social media awareness and to draw a good impression from large corporations' perspective, we measured all the alternatives but the solutions we got our hand on are cheap and not that of a good quality.

What were your goals for this project?

Create explainer video animation describing our solutions that we provide to companies with interest in growing their customer base by focusing on delivering easy to understand recommendations for their IT infrastructure to reduce cost and optimize performance.

Since we picked Aspilar, Mohamed worked with all the way long, he clarifies every step of the way and all the assets we will get once the projects is delivered.

We've been communicating through Zoom for video conferencing and demo shows taking my notes with recorded sessions. I'm happy I get a chance to work with him. he has ethics and morals that I appreciate, so respectful.

All our revision requests were honored and fulfilled the way we wanted.

Mohamed stayed with us during all phases of producing the video. He offered various revisions for us to provide feedback. He was very detailed and making the appropriate changes.

We find them unique, they made many revisions and that gave us chance to improve. We enjoyed video we got from them and would share too. Would love to work with them even more.

We were amazed by how smooth project went, it was like an automatic work that was orchestrated by a team of experience professionals. We nailed it because of Aspilar.

The level of professionalism is way too high, they listened and appreciate every feedback or word that was said to them, we were treated as if we were working with them 10 years ago.

It was our first work with Aspilar, it was good one, the project was delivered according to the deadline, I love to work with their team, all our fears to get disappointed were faded away and they really gave a hope that we can build better projects with better partners.

I'm the CEO of Heberclass a company based in Morocco that retails good for consumers, we deliver our products locally and do the marketing for the local customers.

Our backend suffered from slowness and bugs because it is outdated, to the point where we went back to excel spreadsheets and office documents. We asked for a solution from Aspilar and they built us a custom software which increased our productivity and helped our stuff focus more on their work rather than doing half work half technical checks

How did you select Aspilar and what were the deciding factors?

Aspilar agency was the only marketing and technical company in our area that has experienced staff and managers with over 14 years of experience.

Part of the decision factors was assessing our competitors quality of products which is reflected from the use of other companies, we agreed with Aspilar to get better solutions that differentiate us from our competitors.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had our first meeting over Zoom because of the current restrictions imposed by the crisis, we discussed the requirements for creating an E-commerce internal management platform. After few iterations, we got their proposal and the project plan to create an E-commerce management platform with the ability to generate stores and sell online without charging us extra.

We agreed and they started working on the platform which enables our employees to take payment using terminal and scan and register products easily, we also have the ability to create E-commerce stores on the fly without hiring a developer.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The head of the team was the main contact point for revisions and deployments of the platform. There were also 4 people responsible for programming and UX, and 2 beta testers that make sure the platform is delivered without bugs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the platform, we found that most of the daunting tasks were wasting time on were taken care of automatically with the platform. Our employees focused on their work more and we saw a noticeable increase in the delivery of the product and contacting the suppliers.

We had daily updates from the head of the team, he communicated each progress step they made along with the next step in-line. Our communication varied from emails to Zoom calls and we were able to see the who team working on our project

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Aspilar Team is not considered as an agency. When you hire them you feel like they are part of your team. I love the benefit that we get the creatives and strategic reports they help our business a lot.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They overdelivered the project and we could not be more satisfied.
