For what projects/services did your company hire Aslase, and what were your goals?

Hired for the software development. Including the backend APIs, Cloud infrastructure, Database management, and Website front-end application. Goal was that Aslase will take care of all the software development

Based on the technical background, expertise in the field and experience of providing relevant services.

Key Deliverables are following: Meetings with stakeholders to understand the requirements Development of backend APIs Maintaining and architecting the Cloud infrastructure Database design and its management, and Website front-end application development Core AI and ML feature development We followed agile methodology. Aslase first made flowcharts for all development plan and then mockup designs and then developed an MVP for us. Everything is going really smooth and we are able to have some tangible progress every week. They worked on the ML and web domains in parallel.

A program manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. Other team included 3 Doctors for Machine Learning and AI part, 1 Doctor for IoT part, 5 electronics engineers, 5 full stack web developers and 1 devOps expert along with some support team for data gathering.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Aslase is very professional. We got multiple clients in UAE and had some leads from other countries. Our clients were able to cut their costs and increase revenue by two times. We loved the ease of use and after sales support.

They follow Agile methodology and deliver continuously. For communication emails and slack is used. For documentations they use Google docs, PowerPoint and excel sheets. For Management and progress tracking tasks and managing deadlines they use tools like Jira and Trello.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honesty and Transparency are two major things that impressed us. They are very adaptable and easy to communicate with. Always available for meetings and they respond to queries very quickly. They are very very professional and know exactly how to create value for their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should spend more over marketing as not many people know about them. Other than this I believe they are good in every other business aspect.

Weekly meetings with their business manager If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

Their honesty and transparency. They were so adaptable and easy to communicate with. They suggested additional features. They were always available for meetings and were quick at replying.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Aslase should market them well. They can do a lot that way.

I'm the owner of a IoT business firm. We develop intellegent systems for the industrial automation and control.

We needed to develop a ML and AI based fitness band for cattle and also we needed a web portal to display its findings. We hired services of Aslase for managing end to end solution and had mantainance agreement also. We were able to have a state of the art solution for our company

We asked industry leaders and researchers for the ML experts who could manage the web development also and we got Aslase. They impressed us with their team, tight deadlines and cost estimation, past projects and design skills. The budget was just right for the task at hand

This company should spend more on its marketing since it is a really good company and it can do a lot more than the projects they currently have.
