Asha Digitary developed a website for a healthcare company. They designed the UI/UX, built the core webpages, added patient communication features, implemented basic on-page SEO, and set up professional email.
Asha Digitary helped the client increase website traffic by about 70%, with nearly 65% of that traffic coming from mobile users. They've also reduced bounce rate by roughly 30%, extended average session duration by around 40%, and boosted online inquiries by approximately 45%-60%.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a medical company. Our mission is to improve the health of our community by providing high-quality, comprehensive medical care in a welcoming and compassionate environment.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Asha Digitary?
We engaged Asha Digitary with a clear mission in mind — to elevate our company from a locally known facility into a strong, credible, and digitally visible healthcare brand.Specifically, we hired Asha Digitary to design and launch a professional website that clearly presents our services, departments, medical team, and contact information in a clean, trustworthy, and user-friendly manner. We also wanted to improve our online visibility and credibility, ensuring that when patients search for healthcare services, our company appears professional, accessible, and reliable. Additionally, we wanted to streamline patient communication, including making it easier for clients to inquire about services, book appointments, and access important information online. We also wanted to strengthen our brand identity through a modern design that reflects the professionalism, care, and integrity we stand for as a healthcare provider. Lastly, we wanted to ensure mobile responsiveness and performance so patients could easily access our services from any device without technical difficulties. The overall objective was not just to have a website but to build a digital presence that builds trust, attracts more patients, and positions our company for long-term growth.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Asha Digitary handled the project from concept to launch — not just as a designer but as a digital partner shaping our entire online presence. The scope of work covered both strategy and execution, ensuring the platform wasn’t just beautiful but functional, secure, and growth-focused.We collaborated on the project, but Asha Digitary strategically guided it. Our team provided the core information, including details about our services and departments, background information about the facility, staff and medical team details, and any existing brand assets or reference materials.
Asha Digitary then refined, structured, and professionally optimized the content for web presentation. This included rewriting and polishing text to ensure clarity, professionalism, and patient-friendly language; structuring content for better readability and UX; optimizing headlines and page content for SEO; sourcing and integrating high-quality, relevant images where necessary; and proper formatting and visual alignment to match the overall brand identity.
Here are the main deliverables from the project:
1. Website strategy and planning: Consultation sessions to understand our goals, services, and target audience; site structure planning (pages, navigation flow, content layout); and brand positioning guidance to align the website with a professional medical image.
2. Custom website design and development: Fully responsive, modern website design; clean UI/UX tailored for a healthcare environment; mobile, tablet, and desktop optimization; and fast-loading and performance-focused development.
3. Core website pages delivered: Home page; about us; services/departments page; medical team/staff profiles; contact page with integrated map; appointment/inquiry functionality; and additional informational pages as required.
4. Patient communication features: Online inquiry/appointment request forms; click-to-call and click-to-email functionality; and social media integration (if applicable).
5. Technical setup and configuration: Domain configuration; hosting setup; SSL certificate installation (secure HTTPS connection); professional email setup; and basic on-page SEO setup (meta tags, structure optimization).
6. Security and performance optimization: Security configuration to protect patient inquiries; backup setup; and performance optimization for speed and reliability.
7. Training and handover: Basic website management guidance; admin access setup; and post-launch support during the initial phase.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The impact was not just cosmetic — it was visible, measurable, and practical. After launching the new digital platform with Asha Digitary, we began seeing clear signs of progress:
1. Increased online inquiries: Within the first few months, we recorded a noticeable rise in patient inquiries through the website’s contact and appointment request forms. More people were reaching out digitally instead of relying solely on walk-ins or phone calls. Online inquiries increased by approximately 45%–60% within the first three months compared to the period before launch.
2. Improved professional image: Stakeholders, partners, and patients consistently commented on how modern and credible we now appeared online. The website strengthened trust — especially among first-time patients researching us before visiting.
3. Better patient accessibility: Patients could easily find service information, operating hours, and contact details without confusion. This reduced repetitive phone inquiries and improved overall communication efficiency.
4. Stronger mobile engagement: A significant portion of our visitors accessed the site via mobile devices. Thanks to the responsive design, UX remained smooth — contributing to longer visit durations and reduced bounce rates. Mobile users accounted for nearly 65% of total visits, and engagement from this segment improved significantly due to the responsive design.
5. Increased visibility in search results: With basic SEO optimization implemented, we became easier to find online, especially for service-related searches within our locality. We began ranking for more localized healthcare-related search terms. Organic traffic (non-paid search visits) showed consistent month-over-month growth after the first indexing phase.
6. Streamlined internal operations: The structured content and organized service presentation helped our administrative team communicate more consistently and professionally with patients. We saw an increase in returning users, indicating that people were revisiting the website for follow-up information or future appointments. This suggested growing trust and continued engagement rather than one-time visits.
7. Page load performance: The optimized site achieved faster loading speeds compared to our previous setup. This contributed to improved user retention and reduced abandonment rates.
8. Referral traffic growth: Traffic from social media and external links increased once the website was integrated into our communication channels. This showed stronger digital ecosystem alignment.
9. Conversion consistency: Inquiry and appointment form submissions remained steady over time instead of spiking and dropping — a sign of sustainable digital performance rather than temporary interest.
In addition, website traffic grew by about 70% in the first quarter after going live. The bounce rate dropped by roughly 30%, indicating that visitors were staying longer and exploring more pages. The average session duration increased by around 40%, showing stronger interest and interaction with the content. Moreover, we began receiving consistent weekly inquiries directly through the website — something that was either minimal or nonexistent before. We also saw an estimated 35%–50% increase in pre-visit bookings compared to the period before having an optimized website. A growing number of patients mentioned they booked after reviewing services online. Several new patients specifically referenced the website as the reason they chose our company. We received direct feedback describing the site as professional, clear, and trustworthy. Our staff reported fewer repetitive questions because patients were arriving already informed. While total phone calls remained consistent, the quality of calls improved. Callers were more specific about the services they needed, meaning they had already reviewed the website before contacting us. High-traffic pages included specific service sections, showing that visitors were actively researching particular treatments rather than browsing randomly. This helped us understand which services generated the most digital interest. Lastly, we reduced our administrative workload related to basic inquiries (location, hours, available services) and had more structured patient communication due to the website’s clear information architecture. Overall, the measurable outcomes showed growth in digital engagement, improved brand credibility, and more structured patient interaction — all of which positioned us for continued expansion and long-term stability.
How did Asha Digitary perform from a project management standpoint?
Asha Digitary’s project management was structured, proactive, and highly professional from start to finish. From the beginning, the project timeline was clearly outlined — including planning, design, development, review stages, and final deployment. Each phase had defined milestones, and communication was consistent throughout. Yes — the project was delivered within the agreed timeframe. In fact, key milestones were met exactly as scheduled, with no unnecessary delays. Any requested revisions were handled promptly without disrupting the overall timeline. We communicated through in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps. Regular progress updates were provided. Feedback was welcomed and implemented efficiently. Technical matters were explained in clear, non-technical language, making collaboration smooth for our team. Moreover, questions and adjustments were addressed quickly, and there was always clarity on next steps. We never felt uncertain about the project’s progress. Overall, Asha Digitary demonstrated strong organization, accountability, and reliability. The project was not only delivered on time but managed in a way that made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free for us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stood out immediately was that Asha Digitary didn’t just build a website. They built clarity. The most impressive part of working with them was their ability to think beyond design. They approached us not as a “project” but as a growing institution that needed positioning, credibility, and long-term digital strength. Here’s what felt truly unique:
1. Strategic thinking, not just aesthetics: They didn’t ask, “What colors do you like?” They asked, “How should patients feel when they land on your website?” That shift in thinking changed everything. The design wasn’t decoration — it was intentional.
2. Deep attention to detail: From typography to spacing, from how services were structured to how forms were placed — nothing felt random. Every section had a purpose. It reflected precision and care, which is exactly what a healthcare brand should communicate.
3. Clear, confident guidance: Instead of waiting for us to figure everything out, Asha Digitary guided the process. They advised on best practices, suggested improvements, and explained decisions with confidence. It felt like working with a consultant, not just a developer.
4. Ownership and accountability: There was a strong sense of responsibility throughout the project. Deadlines mattered. Quality mattered. Security mattered. The standard never dropped.
5. Focus on results: The conversation was always about outcomes — patient engagement, visibility, trust, performance. The website wasn’t treated as a brochure; it was treated as a growth tool.
In short, what made the experience unique was the combination of technical skill, strategic insight, and genuine investment in our success. It didn’t feel transactional. It felt like a partnership — and that made all the difference.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, there was very little. No serious project is perfect, and there’s always room to sharpen the blade. If we were to point out something that could have been improved, it would be this:1. Even more structured content onboarding: While the collaboration on content worked well, an even more structured content collection framework at the very beginning (for example, a detailed checklist or content submission template) could have sped up the initial information-gathering phase.2. Earlier analytics dashboard walkthrough: Although analytics and tracking were properly set up, a deeper walkthrough of how to interpret performance data earlier in the process could have empowered our team to engage with metrics more confidently from day one. That said, these were refinements — not shortcomings. The project was delivered on time, communication was clear, and the final outcome met and exceeded expectations. Any improvements would simply be about optimizing an already strong workflow.Overall, the experience was professional, structured, and result-driven. The foundation built was solid — and that’s what truly mattered.
