Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Artware worked with us on the strategy, brand identity, UX, and UI design for our B2B e-commerce platform. The project began with strategic work to understand our business model, target customers, product offering, and the specific requirements of an online platform focused on personalized corporate gifts and promotional products. Artware then developed our brand identity and translated the strategy into the complete UX and UI design of the e-commerce experience. This included defining the information architecture, user journeys, navigation, product discovery, and the overall structure required to make a large and complex product catalog easier for business customers to navigate. The key deliverables included brand identity design, UX strategy, website architecture, wireframes, and custom high-fidelity UI designs for the B2B e-commerce platform. Artware's scope focused on strategy, branding, UX, and UI design. The website development was handled separately.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Clearer brand positioning, a more professional and consistent visual identity, improved product discovery, simplified navigation across a large B2B catalogue, stronger UX for product selection and customization, and a complete design system ready for development.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Artware managed the project in a structured and professional way, with clear communication throughout each stage. The team worked closely with us to understand our requirements, provided guidance whenever decisions were needed, and responded quickly to feedback or changes. Deliverables were presented clearly, reviewed together, and refined based on our input. The project progressed according to the agreed schedule, and the key deliverables were completed on time. Overall, communication was direct and reliable, and we always had a clear understanding of the project's progress and next steps.
What was your primary form of communication with Artware?
Virtual Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us most was their ability to understand both the business and the user experience, not just the visual design. They took the time to understand our B2B model, the complexity of our product offering, and how business customers actually search, compare, and order personalized products. Their work combined brand strategy, UX thinking, and high-quality design into one consistent system. What felt unique was that they did not approach the project as simply a website redesign. They approached it as a business and customer experience problem first, and then translated that strategy into the brand and digital experience.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Artware could have done differently?
Nothing significant comes to mind. The project was well structured, communication was clear, and the team was responsive throughout the process.
If we had to identify one area for improvement, it would be to provide even more documentation around the final design system and handoff, especially for teams that will continue development internally or with a separate development partner. That could make the transition from design to implementation even smoother.

Project summary
Artware has provided branding and web development services for an advertising and promotional agency. They’ve redesigned the logo and built the e-commerce website in order to target a younger demographic.
Feedback summary
The client has been pleased with their partnership. Artware has a real focus on the client’s needs, and they’re always flexible and willing to make changes. They’re patient and professional, and they stand out for their knowledge of the market and ability to make suggestions.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-owner of a company that deals with advertising and promotional and business gifts. We provide promotional services to customers and make suggestions for their corporate identity, brand, and position in the market.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Artware?
After 20 years, we needed to redesign our logo and change our website into an e-commerce site. Additionally, with the changes COVID-19 brought, we needed to target younger clients. Since mobile shopping increased, we also had to target our clients differently.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially had a meeting with Artware to describe what we wanted to do. Most of the staff was on the video call. They took note of all our experience in the market, our clients, products, and how we work. They wanted to get the feel of our company and what we were looking for, so it was a long call.
Then, they made a presentation with their suggestions. Our interests met with what they’d suggested, so we proceeded. They redesigned our logo and developed our e-commerce website.
What is the team composition?
Three people are working on design, copywriting, the e-brochure, and all the parts of our new logo and strategy.
How did you come to work with Artware?
One of our partners recommended them. We liked the people, their work, and their way of thinking. They addressed and understood our needs without us having to explain too much.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent €9,000 (approximately $11,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2021, and our relationship is ongoing. The project could have finished earlier, but we had some problems with our fields. We have too many details and print techniques to organize and provide to Artware, so they had to wait on us.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
This will come once we launch the new site. However, they focus on each company’s needs and have great knowledge of what they’re doing. Their suggestions are always right because they know the market. We trust them.
How did Artware perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very helpful, responsive, and cooperative. Their team is flexible and willing to change things according to what we ask for and what we prefer. We mainly communicate through video calls and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re professional. The team members are good listeners, and they want to understand and satisfy our needs. If we’re wrong about something, they always explain how that’s not the right move to make.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We may have to ask them for changes later on. However, I don’t know at this point. Right now, we’re focusing on finalizing the project. Then, we’ll see if there’s anything we’d want to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very open and honest about what you want to do.
