Successful launch of all three projects, accurate implementation of the client’s Figma designs, strong performance across desktop and mobile, stable CMS functionality, responsive behaviour, technical reliability and smooth collaboration throughout delivery.

Very happy with the immediate response and dedication towards the best result possible. Very eager to propose new technologies thus maintaining higher technical standards, all deadlines were met without any delays.

We were very impressed by the team's dedication and high quality of service. We immediately realized that their feeling of ownership in our project was very high, and in the end, this is what contibuted to such an impressive result which could not leave any party unsatisfied.

Artware is constantly evolving and always keeps proposing us new ideas and new technologies.

I'm the CEO of an e-commerce store that specializes in tea products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Artware?

I needed their web development, branding, and design efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Artware initially designed my business logo, which we then used across different branding materials such as catalogs, business cards, stickers, and product packaging. Their team helped me decide on the color schemes and themes that matched my nature of business and preferences, and they set up my emailing system to ensure that all orders would be processed accordingly.

After their initial branding and design work, I've met with Artware's team to discuss the deliverables for my e-commerce site. I've particularly asked their team to build a detailed e-shop that featured the descriptions and benefits of my products. They've then conducted research and combined their findings with my preferences as they've kickstarted the development phase.

I've also relied on Artware's photography, and they're currently providing site maintenance services to ensure that the website functions at an ideal state and any necessary updates are implemented.

They were a local agency, and I was familiar with their work. Apart from having the expertise I needed, Artware delivered a striking proposal that persuaded me to hire their team.

We started in January 2020 and launched the website in August 2021. We've encountered unexpected delays because of the pandemic, but we're still working together.

We've only recently launched our platform, so there are no quantitative metrics to share yet  — however, I can confirm that Artware has delivered impressive design and branding solutions. Our early users have particularly liked the user-friendly and functional e-shop and our innovative packaging, which is all thanks to Artware's expertise.

How did Artware perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email, Zoom, and phone calls. Artware has been responsive throughout our engagement — they've quickly addressed any issues we've encountered, and they have impressive project management skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're a creative team that listens to my needs and does their best to deliver those. Every detail of their work has proved how passionate they are as a team, and that has brought a huge impact on our project.

I have zero complaints — they've not only brought my ideas to life, but they've improved those to a great extent.

I’m the co-owner of a company that deals with advertising and promotional and business gifts. We provide promotional services to customers and make suggestions for their corporate identity, brand, and position in the market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Artware?

After 20 years, we needed to redesign our logo and change our website into an e-commerce site. Additionally, with the changes COVID-19 brought, we needed to target younger clients. Since mobile shopping increased, we also had to target our clients differently.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially had a meeting with Artware to describe what we wanted to do. Most of the staff was on the video call. They took note of all our experience in the market, our clients, products, and how we work. They wanted to get the feel of our company and what we were looking for, so it was a long call.

Then, they made a presentation with their suggestions. Our interests met with what they’d suggested, so we proceeded. They redesigned our logo and developed our e-commerce website.

What is the team composition?

Three people are working on design, copywriting, the e-brochure, and all the parts of our new logo and strategy.

How did you come to work with Artware?

One of our partners recommended them. We liked the people, their work, and their way of thinking. They addressed and understood our needs without us having to explain too much.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent €9,000 (approximately $11,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and our relationship is ongoing. The project could have finished earlier, but we had some problems with our fields. We have too many details and print techniques to organize and provide to Artware, so they had to wait on us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This will come once we launch the new site. However, they focus on each company’s needs and have great knowledge of what they’re doing. Their suggestions are always right because they know the market. We trust them.

How did Artware perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very helpful, responsive, and cooperative. Their team is flexible and willing to change things according to what we ask for and what we prefer. We mainly communicate through video calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re professional. The team members are good listeners, and they want to understand and satisfy our needs. If we’re wrong about something, they always explain how that’s not the right move to make.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We may have to ask them for changes later on. However, I don’t know at this point. Right now, we’re focusing on finalizing the project. Then, we’ll see if there’s anything we’d want to improve.

The scope of work included the complete redesign and improvement of our e-commerce website, with a strong focus on user experience, visual identity, mobile responsiveness, navigation, and overall conversion flow. Key deliverables included the redesign of the homepage and key category pages, improved mobile layouts, better navigation and product discovery, implementation of new design elements and sections, optimization of the overall customer journey, and continuous adjustments based on our feedback. The team also worked closely with us throughout the project to translate our ideas and business needs into practical design solutions, while maintaining a clean, modern, and professional visual identity.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Strong eCommerce growth, stable operation under increasing demand, successful ERP and CRM integrations, accurate conversion and event tracking, improved marketing attribution, and continuous deployment of new functionality as the business scales.

Their project management was excellent throughout the entire collaboration. Communication was clear, consistent, and very responsive, and we always felt that our requests and feedback were taken seriously. They were flexible when changes or new requirements came up and responded quickly with practical solutions. Deliverables were handled efficiently and within the agreed timelines, while any adjustments we requested were implemented promptly. What we appreciated most was their willingness to listen, understand our business needs, and work closely with us until we were completely satisfied with the result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was how well they understood the vision behind the project. As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for innovation and for ways to push things further. They quickly understood not only what I wanted to achieve, but also the thinking behind it. More importantly, they did not simply execute what I asked for — they often took the ideas one step further and contributed their own perspective and solutions. This is not the first time I have worked with them, and it will definitely not be the last. Over time, we have built a genuinely strong and human relationship with the whole team, and especially with Nikos, who is in charge of the project. For me, that combination of creativity, understanding, trust, and personal commitment is what makes them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Artware could have done differently?

I did not experience any significant issues that I would consider a real area for improvement. As with any project, there were occasionally small details that could be refined, but what mattered most was that the team was always available, responsive, and willing to work through them together with us. That attitude made the entire collaboration feel very smooth and gave us confidence that, whenever something needed adjustment, it would be handled properly.
