We are a software house company that help small and medium business transform themselves into the new IT era, improving their processes, organization and use of technology.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to put our 'soul' as a company in a visual manner for our customers, while being able to present it not only in a fantastic logo, but as well as in our presentation cards and website. We believed visualizations could help improve the conversions with our web visitors.

How did you select this vendor?

We were placed in the same city, Wroclaw. We did some research for prefiltering offers around and ArtDistrict had some good reviews both in Facebook and Google. We were not sure as they are a new company, but since we are a new company and we know how hard it is to trust new businesses, we felt like choosing them. The result couldn't be better!

One of their guys, Jakub, sat down with us and during a short talk we transmitted to him what are our core values, some preliminary ideas that we had already, and what we wanted to achieve (targeting a specific population segment). He quickly got our feeling and came back after a time to us with the logo, and building upon this, the business card and branding for the website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got the businesses cards, the actual logo of our website (https://thefreshapps.com and https://thefreshapps.es) and the whole structure, color palette, etc; was proposed or directly done by ArtDistrict.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole process was smooth. Besides an initial meeting that felt easy-going, there were several smaller meetings where we were presented with ideas, proposals, and we iterated over them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were totally into us and the project from Minute One. They did, in our opinion, even more than expected (like 5 proposals instead of initially agreed 3), and you could feel and see that whatever was the outcome from the meetings, it did have an impact in the following meetings.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not from our side. You might always ask for 'faster' responses, but then quality might be affected, besides we were not in a hurry. Pricing is great as well. Quality is 10/10. We can't really say a bad thing about these guys.
