The task was to create a corporate design and brand style from scratch and based on this, develop a multifunctional, multi-page website for our project. Approximately 30 unique illustrations, various business schemes, and animations were developed for the site. The website was built from scratch using React/Next.js without using any CMS. Significant work was also done to interact with our API to display a large amount of data from our platform in real time on the site. Additionally, several completely unique functional elements were developed, such as an interactive project tokenomics and an interactive roadmap.
Additionally, great attention was given to responsive design to ensure that all site elements look good on any device, from smartphones and tablets to desktop versions with different screen resolutions. Care was also taken to optimize the site both in terms of performance and for good SEO optimization.
The Arounda Team handled all the tasks perfectly 10/10 from me. Their work is outstanding!

The development process was so fast and efficient that we managed to implement significantly more than originally planned within the established deadlines. The website is already fulfilling its tasks, helping to attract new users, as well as partners and investors.

The development was not only completed within the established deadlines but was also exceeded. Arounda managed to incorporate many additional tasks that were not part of the original plan and emerged during the development process.
All our requests and suggestions were met with very prompt and responsive reactions.

What impressed us the most was their experience and how quickly they picked up and developed our rather basic ideas. When you outsource a project, you don't always have a final vision of how everything should look, and you hope the company can create that vision for you. The Arounda team excelled in this regard, they were able to grasp the project's concept and propose many cool ideas.
Additionally, their organization and system of daily reports were impressive. Throughout the process, every team member working on the project sent daily reports on the day's results and plans for the next day. We could also track the design development process in Figma in real time. This allowed us to quickly make adjustments to the development process and provide comments in real time, significantly saving time on the entire project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Arounda could have done differently?
Honestly, I find it difficult to suggest any areas for improvement because my experience working with Arounda has been overwhelmingly positive. There's always room for improvement, but I am confident that the team is on the right track.

The project has not been complete, we have been messed around for multiple months with no work getting done. The agreement was to to complete the UI/UX design in 4 weeks and we are now 2 months later with only around 5% of app pages designed with nothing delivered following the very clear requirements and overall lacking heavily in quality or any care. Even our own development team took the time to show how they could do better work then what we paid this company! In-addition we have requested a refund over a month and half ago, instead they requested another chance to try and improve but instead of taking our generosity they took a 2 week break working on other projects while knowing we had a very strict deadline due to scheduled events and developments. After coming back after 2 weeks they didn't change, didn't follow any of the requirements and continued to deliver the very poor quality work that didn't follow anything we had asked. Now 2 weeks ago we requested a refund of the full amount as nothing delivered is of any use, doesn't even achieve minimal quality that any UI/UX designer should deliver to a client, follows none of our requirements or what was asked and is a complete mess. They have refused to issue a refund and take responsibility for the fact they are responsible and instead want us the client to cover the costs of their inability to follow information, follow the requirements, follow the timeline and deliver minimally acceptable quality.

This was the worst UI/UX design experience for me and my team. We have never seen such a bad UI/UX designer, after working with 15+ designers over the last 5 years I have never seen such lack of care to quality, following clients information, following requirements and overall delivering little to no work. They didn't resolve any of the issues, instead they would say they would but never did after 7-10 times repeating myself regarding the issues.

Follow the clients requirements and information very clearly and don't do their own random thing;

Don't lie to the client or try to scam the client out of their money for their own lack of ability to follow the requirements and information of the work.
Deliver on time and actually work effectively;
Deliver actual quality work, rather then work that lacks any minimal quality and is cleary just done to try and make money rather then deliver the client something of use and of value.

They did change the animation last minute without warning me and telling me upon delivery, however then they proceeded to do two free new animations to make up for it.

We are a new company founded in 2023 looking for a reliable partner to help us envision and build the UI/UX for an application using AI and blockchain concepts. This was a daunting task requiring over 100 unique screens and a considerable amount of iteration. Arounda was not only up to the task, but they also assigned one of their best to work full-time with our team teasing out the right deliverables.

My company has a complete, clickable prototype that can be demonstrated to investors and validated with users. A subsequent technical document was produced that supports the prototype concept with well-researched architecture decisions.

Around was a fluid communicator, often assigning feedback to fit into my specific time zone, even though this required some evenings. Iterations were on time, and miscommunications were minimal.

Around had a group of passionate and trustworthy people working over there. That means a lot when selecting a partner. Someone willing to listen, think out of the box, and be guided, yet also opinionated in a professional manner. I would do it again.

They really tailored the engagement to my needs and stepped up when necessary. The only improvement would be a better integrated payment system.
