We hired Ark Newtech to develop a website and ERP software for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ark Newtech first developed our site. After they completed the site, we tasked them to create a custom ERP system for us.

What is the team composition?

We mainly coordinated with one person. Additionally, we worked with a design manager.

How did you come to work with Ark Newtech?

They presented a basic website concept and gave us a very competitive price. 

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from June 2020–March 2021. They completed the site within the first two months of the engagement.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project was fruitful. Ark Newtech did a great job developing the website. The custom ERP software was also helpful in managing our business. 

How did Ark Newtech perform from a project management standpoint?

Their responses were really prompt. They worked late nights and were always available whenever we contacted them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best things about them were their communication skills and promptness. They had a great attitude and provided high-quality work, which was why we gave them additional work after they finished the site. In fact, we recently reengaged with them to create another website outside of this project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we were pretty satisfied with the work that they did for us. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise anyone to work with Ark Newtech. They were a very professional team that delivered good quality work. The team was very technically sound, so I’m sure they can handle the work you have for them.
