What was the scope of their involvement?

Over the past two years, Nitish and Manoj (Software Engineers) have modified the existing application, which uses Clojure, to add features, fix issues, and migrate the application to the new language to better fit the suite of applications our company already uses. The main deliverable was to have the same application but in the new language. There have been many related side projects, though, that couldn’t wait until the conversion was finished. For example, they’ve added items to dropdowns, changed the schedule for automated emails, modified the SendGrid templates, and fixed general Clojure logic.

We mostly measure the results based on weekly progress meetings and reviews of the current state.One feature they’ve suggested is using an AI chatbot instead of having a link to the full documentation. People really like the chatbot with scoped information rather than reading the whole document.
